Great sales expertise
Robert, the salesperson at EE did a great job helping me to decide which washer/dryer was best for meeting our needs. He took me through the purchasing process and made sure I had the warranty protection I needed. He also gave me rebate info that would refund me $100.

Great Experience
The Appliance department was great to work with. They were very informative. They answered lots of questions and helped me to make the best decisions for my purchase. Delivery staff was very efficient and easy. The delivery staff were also very clean, quick, very polite and well mannered. Overall experience was excellent. Will definitely purchase again.

Had an Amazon order to pick up
Had an Amazon order to pick up. I was looking for 2 setsof one kind of speaker. Ordered 1 set of speakers, because Amazon said there was only 1. Show up for pick up, and see multiple boxes of what I ordered. The customer service rep at the store helped me out and got me a 2nd set of speakers like I wanted in the first place. Very nice guy.
