I went in to find a very specific item. I had been to other stores and was very frustrated. Zach went right to the item I needed and had me on my way! Got home and was thrilled to find the item was exactly what I needed.

I was looking for 1 small and 1 medium cutting board to match the ones I already have. After a lot of searching, Electronic Express was the only place I found them. After I placed my order & received one board, I was disappointed when EE informed me that the other size was out of stock (I think it was discontinued). However, I am glad to have the 1 board. It arrived quickly, in good condition.

I was looking for a specific make and model tv. I called another box store only to be brought to the store on false pretenses. They didn't have the TV I asked about and tried to sell me one just as good. It was over an hour drive. I called electronic express talked to Chris. He said he had that tv and would hold it for me. So after nearly a 2 hour Dr got there and he indeed sat that tv aside. I had multiple questions and comparisons and Chris answered them all and yet didn't try to force or pressure sell me on another tv nor assesories I didn't want or need. Chris is the man. Call or go by and ask for chris

They safely deliver the refrigerator. Got it up the porch stairs & into the house without damaging it. We were pleased with delivery boys.
George McSwain was a joy to work with! He was helpful in every way. He is very knowledgeable and tries so hard to please his customers. We were so impressed with George we are buying another appliance at Electronics Express this week!

Every appliance I had malfunctioned. I attempted to contact the local store and corporate numerous times over the coarse of 6 months ,only to get No assistance. I spoke with the corporate assistant who always would say she would return my call and never did .The warranty on appliances was no help … they would send technicians to the home and they would leave without doing anything only to reschedule another appointment 8 weeks out…we eventually paid ourselves to have them serviced privately. Poor service at its finest. Nothing short of a nightmare, I will never shop there again.

Was able to see what was in stock online. Found what i wanted and went to the store. Staff member asked if i needed help, he found the tv I wanted, rang me up and they loaded it in. Was in and out within 5 minutes. Great transaction and didn't waste my time.

Had a great experience. The 1st guy wasn't quite familiar with area I was in but he stayed with me and told me about what he did know until the other salesperson was finished with another customer.

When I walked in the door, several sales people were standing inside. Chris left the group to ask how he could help. I told him what I was looking for and he took me straight to it. He didn’t try to sell me something “bigger” or “better”. He explained about the computer I had asked for. I really enjoyed my experience. The price was great and the tech I took it to in order to take information from my old one to the new one said I had made a good choice. I am thankful I went to Electronics Express.
