Excellent experience with store recommendations, purchase and scheduling delivery and installation. Ran into a hiccup on the first installation attempt, rescheduling delayed a week so we missed the holidays; however, second installation team was spot on. Spent the time to validate location and desired configuration. They setup, function checked, and cleaned up. Spent close to 2 hours making sure it was right. We'll definitely use them again.

Both times I have had deliveries the guys have been great for installs. Most times installers will hit walls and doors, not these guys. One of the main reasons I returned to purchase from them again.

Had purchased the same things from another Big Box store only to be rescheduled four times !! Electronic Express was less expensive and delivered when they said they would. I'll be back.

Purchased a new 65” LG TV and LG sound bar. It was to be installed on wall with sound bar attached below tv with bracket mounted to tv. Electronic express does not carry a bracket to do this. I spent 2 hours with store staff trying to figure out a solution to no avail. Received my $2,800 back before leaving store. We to Best Buy and bought same equipment with the bracket to hold sound bar. It took 32 minutes.
