Bought new camera and memory cards and daughter got Apple computer. Great prices and very knowledgeable employees.

We went in the store at Stones River Mall in Murfreesboro looking for a toaster oven with all the extras. We were meet by a sales person immediately and he ask what we were shopping for, then showed us what was available. We bought a Cuisinart toaster oven with an air fryer. We love our new oven.

Electronic Express is my goto spot for anything electronic! I have been a customer for over 30 years and have always found what i was looking for with the assistance of the friendly and experienced staff here in Murfreesboro. Don't waste time "shopping" around, they have what you need, best price, and best support of anywhere else!!!

Terrible and will never be coming back. Me and my wife were wanting to make a big purchase for a fridge for our family and we were talking with John when after harping on us, taking us out of Express to walk over to his Express Outlet store and talked us into buying a “brand new” fridge with wrapping and everything on it just a dent or two. We then had to pay a 3rd party to feel over this fridge. When they did they dropped it off didn’t hook it up or anything and were very rude. “James Buchanan” was his name and company. We then hooked it up ourselves then when we got it running, the compressor was not kicking on. We then called John who tried to say it was in “demo” mode but when we turned it out of it it still did not work. He then said call fridgedair and DO NOT tell them you got it from the Outlet or they won’t fix it. We then got them to come out and the technician said “I cannot believe this was even sold. It is bone dry and would never work” I then called John to tell him about this. He then said okay well we can get you to pay the difference for the new fridge and get it out to you. And said “you need to come in soon so we can get you scheduled” I was working and was not able to leave. My wife had to go and do so. He then tried to say I had to pay for the haul off fee which I WAS NOT paying since he sold me a non working fridge. I basically lost money in this transaction badly and was cheated and tricked into this experience. When we got the fridge, the doors were off and not level and the feet on the bottom to get it from moving would not budge even the installers could not get it completed so they put a piece of foam under… this was an absolute terrible experience and we will NEVER go to Electronic Express again. John is an absolute terrible salesman and a snake. I will be letting everyone know about my experience.

From the moment I met Doug, I knew was in the right place! The man knows his stuff about applicances - he's been at it for decades. Listened to my needs, showed me options, explained benefits and other interesting tips. No pressure, just confident service. Closed the deal on Thursday. Delivered on Monday, right on time, professional delivery. I will return for future needs.

Friendly staff. Explained my choices well. Installation and assembly may appear a little high but the service is excellent! Delivery took a little extra time but was not the fault of the staff in the store.

Appliance saleman was very knowledgeable.

Had an issue wiring my new dryer. Associate at store pulled schematic up on computer and walked me thru exactly what to do. Great experience. Will definitely shop here again

After two months of issues on deliveries or damaged items from three big box retailers, Electronic Express followed through and delivered as promised. Seamless transaction and true professionals, from salesman to the delivery crew.

I have been shopping @ this location for over 15 years. They never try to push me to purchase products other than what I go there to purchase. Have great deals throughout the year!!!

Harris was great as always. Very knowledgeable. The set up and delivery team were nice and friendly but did not get appliance installed due to the moving of the electrical box This would have only taken. About 15 to 20 minutes but there manager would not let them stay any longer I moved box and installed oven myself and love the new oven

The customer service is always amazing, and the delivery guys were fantastic.
