I ordered a washing machine on October 7th on line. On October 16th, I still had not heard anything, so I called them and they said they didn’t know why no one had called me to schedule delivery. I was surprised that I never received an email or phone call. Well, they are supposed to deliver it on Saturday. Glad I called them!

Sold me a microwave under false pretenses. Website has completely inaccurate dimensions listed for the product. Now my cabinets have holes in them from the installation and I have no choice but to live with it or take EE to court for damages.

RECEIVED OPEN AND MISSING ITEMS.
Purchased 2 Gel Blaster SURGE toys. Both boxes received had seals already opened. 1 box had pistol that did not work. Also usb-c cable, bag of electric green gellets, and bonus "Play Now!" hydrated gellets all MISSING. First and Last time purchasing from Electronic Express, Very disappointing. Returned and waiting on refund.
