Very simple set up process. Ethan answered every question I had quickly and thoroughly. The supplies arrived quickly and we were able to start accepting online payments within a day or 2 of signing the application.

This is by far one of the easiest processing company's to sign up for. These people are on point and help you get everything you need in order to sign up. I would highly suggest using them. I have yet to have a single issue and all my batches are paid with in days!

Industry leading customer service.
First, I must thank Ryan. He hand carried me through the set up process. Then, Sarah followed up with me. Travis helped me set up the Gateway. Finally, it was Joe who helped me confirm the system was working.
This was a Team effort.
It's rare these days to meet a group of people who put Customer Service - FIRST! When I needed anything, they were there to answer my questions and resolve every issue.
I call, someone answers the phone. Email, and receive an immediate reply. Instant communication. Every issue addressed and resolved.
