A professional and courteous service
A professional and courteous service. I was given the time needed on the phone which helped me determine what was available. Rebecca's efforts to get things right helped our company considerably. Our breakdown was fixed with the parts sourced by electroquip; the express shipping helped too!

Unsatisfied again …
My second time using them. First time an item I purchased online wasn't available anymore, this time the item I purchased and ordered online, was an incorrect price and they wanted another £40
How hard is it to advertise the correct prices for the items you sell?

Dear Andrew, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction. We have corrected the price now, sorry we could not sell the low value item at a loss. We have just under 1.2 million products online, these product have on going price fluctuations. It is a very large task managing our portfolio of products. We notified you by telephone within 7hrs of you placing your order, and extended the option to cancel your order for a full refund or proceed with the correct price and pay the difference. You were refunded with conformation within 20 minutes of our conversation. Sincere apologies, if you are of a mind to purchase a part you require again please call before placing an order for a special one off price. Was impressed by the speed which a price and delivery were available. Item was out of stock at many other suppliers but was available from stock in Electroquip. Have paid for next day delivery.

Simple, problem free purchase.
This was as easy as it can be to order something. One minor moan; as a VAT registered sole trader, I cannot purchase as a business as I do not have a registration number, so I do not get a VAT invoice. Please make the Business number optional.
