Website needs work but service amazing

Website a bit clunky, I wasn't able to see an estimated delivery date or stock levels and managed to order without making payment. But When I called to pay it was extremely friendly and efficient. I got a part delivered to the UK that was in Germany in 23 hours on a guaranteed next day service, incredible.

Great service

Great service, Electroquip had the parts we needed in stock rather than shipping in to order and they arrived early the next day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I passed on you details as promised to McLaren Automotive who we are currently working with to produce ventilators for the UK Government.

Excellent, efficient service

Highly impressed at the speed and efficiency of our order.

We were at the end of large and increasingly pressured job with a customer. Our head office managed to send us the wrong parts which was going to inevitably delay the job and further frustrate our customer. I searched the market for the components and could only find half the number I needed and even then the delivery time would have had negative consequences on the job.

Electroquip understood the requirement and managed to get the components to us (as promised) next day.

Many thanks especially to Simon for friendly, helpful and efficient response.

Excellent customer service

Electroquip were excellent. From them listening to my enquiry and giving helpful technical advice, to sending out my purchase that same day. I only made a small order, which was important to me, but their customer care could not have been better. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again.
