Shocking quality control. I tecejved a beige hoody which had large black permanent marker writing on it, numbers and symbols on the outside of the hood.
Looks terrible.
The T-shirts stretch and get misshapen very easily too.

Oh, and their address system struggles with copying my address from PayPal so badly they left my house number off.. making it very difficult for the courier to find me. Pot luck.

Then there’s the NON EXISTENT customer service. I’m STILL WAITING FOR A REPLY MONTHS LATER.
They just keep sending the exact same email reply not to send them duplicate emails… BIZARRE.
JUST SHOW SOME BLOODY EFFORT.

Great image, but horrendous company with shoddy quality control and zero customer support whatsoever. They just hope you go away and forget how badly they RIPPED YOU OFF.

Feels like it’s run by stoner teens.

I wanted to love a “British” clothing company but they’re trash.
Utter disappointment from payment to receipt of goods. (If you’re lucky).

Customer support say there’s nothing they can do once order is placed, the addressing is automated. BADLY.

I ordered a t-shirt for my sons birthday. They sent the wrong one. I have messaged via their online form several times, but they do not reply. I am still waiting!

I recently had a great experience shopping at Element. The ordering process was simple and clear, and I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. The delivery was fast, and I was provided with a tracking number. The shoes I ordered were of excellent quality and I was very happy with my purchase. While the apparel quality for some items could have been better, overall I was very satisfied with my shopping experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

No problems. I ordered 2 t-shirts, which I received quickly.

I tried them on and found them a size too small. I used the returns service, was refunded within five days of dispatch, and then bought the t-shirts in the next size up (they don't have an exchange facility - you just get a refund).

These were also delivered promptly and are a perfect fit. Returns/refunds were all handled well. I will happily buy from here again.

Non-existent customer service. I wanted to return something as it wasn't what I expected and thought I would be able to get free delivery for a return as a member so I contacted them and still no response 2 weeks later. I sent the item back at my own expense €15. Refund received.

I watched the items arriving in the UK warehouse (DPD) where they sat for a month before being sent back to Element in Belgium where I was then refunded, by then 2 months later. But I wanted the goods, I didn't want a refund!!! Price now gone up on their website even if I wanted to reorder. Don't bother with this company.

Awful customer service.

(Well if you can call it that.) I’ve received zero updates of my order which was planned to be a Valentine’s present for my partner and ordered 7 days ago. The status when longing into my account just says “pending” and I’ve not received replies to my emails.

I’ve now had to buy last minute presents, all I am asking for is an update.
