Elenza London 

I ordered trousers from Elenza big mistake ! The quality was poor, not as good as the on-line photos. Found that the item needed to be returned to China which cost half the price of the trousers. Elenza had advised me that I would get my refund as soon as the trousers were returned to their warehouse.
According to tracking items arrived at customs in China on 1st May and are still there 3 months later .
Recent email to Elenza London got no response.

Scam company. Items not genuine RL.
Refusing to accept return, wont provide an address. Which is why its not listed on site, didn't think need to check this in advance.
Offering alternative discounts to order more as the solution. Scammers - Avoid!

Same experience as everyone else here unfortunately. Bought two pairs of 'Ralph Lauren/Polo' shorts for £25 and when they eventually arrived, the quality was awful. Clearly counterfeit. I thought that because they were advertising on facebook they would be legit, partly because Meta will be profiting from this company's advertising. I've requested a refund but I'm not hopeful.

I’ve just received the order referenced below, and I am extremely concerned to find that the items are 100% counterfeit.

• The quality is extremely poor and not in line with authentic Ralph Lauren standards.
• The garments arrived with no Ralph Lauren labels whatsoever.
• It took nearly two weeks for the order to arrive.
• I visited an official Ralph Lauren store, where staff confirmed the items are counterfeit and mentioned they will be referring this matter to their legal team for brand infringement.

An absolute joke of a company, based in china NOT London as their name suggests. They sell cheap fake Chinese goods which have to be returned to china at buyers expense if not happy.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I feel was scammed. The quality of the clothing is extremely poor and whilst they claim it's Lacoste, it's clearly not. Chinese rubbish. I made a mistake of buying before reading the reviews and they refused to cancel my order once I had read the reviews

Think I let my guard down on this and cannot even remember when I ordered as they took so long to arrive!! Usually i do my own checks with sites like this, so perhaps I was on a spend frenzy after a couple of wines? and used Instagram as the selling point. Now I read all these reviews and actually been laughing out loud as the reviews are the same experience as mins - No labels - 2 incorrect sizes - quality sh*t! Oh and a discount to purchase more quality goods - so funny....What more can i say - Been caught out this time and just need to recharge the batteries for dodgy sites like this ha ha

Avoid this seller at all costs.
I ordered a 2XL summer kit for £40, but they sent me what looks like a size M — and the quality is so poor it’s barely worth £5. The size label was even cut off, clearly to hide the actual size. I’ve been trying to get a return label for over a week, but they keep avoiding it. Instead of helping, they send me useless emails offering 35% off if I place another order — while refusing to process my return or issue a refund. This seller is a scam. Stay away.

Awful experience. On ordering, you are informed items are dispatched from China, so they will take a couple of weeks. These, supposedly Ralph Lauren shorts, that I wouldn’t wear for gardening, bear no resemblance to pictures on advert.
Takes 24hr for a response . Been asking for 3 days for an address to return to. All to no avail.
Avoid like the plague

These items are not designer in any way, the quality is sh!t. So bad in fact I’m taking my items straight to the charity shop…if they’ll have them.

I can’t believe I’ve been scammed in this way…never again.

AWFUL. PLEASE DO NOT BUY.
I ordered a pair of what I believed to be Ralph Lauren shorts, same logo, sale price of £29.99, down from £80.
When they arrived which took about a fortnight, I quickly realised that they were not RL.
The material was so thin it was literally see through, not as expected when the advert used is a corduroy material.
I got in touch with the company and they offered a 30% reduction in any future purchases (as if I’d shop there again). I told them that I just wanted to return the item and was offered a 50% reduction on any future purchases.
Just to make it clear, even if offered 100% reduction I would NEVER shop here again.
Please learn from my mistakes.
Scam company, poor quality items, who breach all sorts of copyright and consumer law.

Ordered in May, the items never arrived and they sent me a proof of postage in Chinese. They have now stopped replying to me. They’ve just taken my money. Don’t use them it’s a scam.

Had never heard of this stylish website scam / China distribution / pay for returns / no refund fraud before. How 'green' am I!!

I purchased three items in April and then waited weeks for them to arrive, obviously on the container ship. Two items sooo not like as shown. £25 to return (back on slowboat to China) - lady in Post Office said happens so often (clearly all as green as me!).
My constant requests for the refund of the two items I paid for and subsequent return are met with 'customer service' emails which are barely understandable.
The last one 'sorry to hear that refund in 1-2 business days'. That was ten scam days ago....

Please do not buy from this company! They advertise as a longstanding reputable London based organisation but clearly are based at the other side of the world and lack basic business principles. I recently purchased two pair of trousers. The order took several weeks to be delivered and when they arrived both pairs were faulty, the trousers had pockets and a drawstring waist, the pockets were in the front and the drawstring on the back instead of the front! The fabric is of poor quality and the garments bear no resemblance to the photos advertised.
I have contacted the company by email who have offered me a 10% CREDIT to keep two pairs of trousers which are only fit for the bin. Additionally they have advised that if I return them it will be at my cost with an administration fee charged for each item returned. Avoid … Avoid …. Avoid !

Shocking quality! Ordered two pairs of ‘linen’ trousers. They arrived after several days and on first impressions I thought they had sent me j cloths by mistake! Poor quality! poor service! poor colour! Just poor!
Warning signs were there immediately when my bank blocked the transaction but entirely my fault the sale went through as I didn’t read the reviews and convinced my bank and myself it was a legitimate London- based company! Same as other reviewers I tried to return but offered discount to keep the products or send back to China - no thanks I’ll make dusters out of them!! Not good enough for the charity shops I’m afraid.

Shocking. Do not buy from this company. Shoddy quality and not as described on website. No way to return and get refund on unwanted purchases unless you send product to China and pay Chinese custom charges.

Do not order from this site! Scammers! Ordered some trainers as it was on a closing down sale and they never arrived.
Tried to get in contact with them never got a response.
