Previously had a bad experience with a removal firm. Was a bit precautious about which firm is amongst the best honest and reliable firm. Got a few quotes from different firms but it wasn't for me as the prices were sky high and had hidden charges such as Service charge on top etc, came across Elephant Removals enquired if there was any hidden charges or any surprises but time and time again was told flat rate and no hidden costs. I trusted them and moved with them. And how can I say I never had such a pleasant experience. They were true to their words and showed professionalism at the same time friendliness and above all competitive.

This was my first move in a long time with Elephant Removals. What made me decide which movers to choose was factors such as word of mouth, friends used it in the pass and were satisfied and of course the reviews.

They moved me carefully and were very considerate lifting the items and manoeuvring with great care. The whole team from office to the labourers on the field were extremely friendly, helpful and professional.

I moved with elephant removals two weeks ago I had a very pleasant moving experience both with the porters on the day and the young man that help me with the whole booking process over the phone.
