Realmente expongo con gran pesar mi problema con esta empresa. Realicé mi pedido de faros para un Golf GTI mk7 el 31/07. Cuando lo recibí, la empresa me contactó vía email (en automático) para recibir feedback de los faros. Les indiqué que los faros funcionaban casi correctamente, pero que tenía un problema en las luces largas. Intercambiamos unos correos y me indicaron que me enviarían unos conectores nuevos, que habían tenido otro cliente con ese problema y que así lo habían solucionado. Les indiqué que me parecía bien, que me indicaran cuándo recibiría estos conectores. Han dejado de responderme a los correos en los que pido un plazo para esta resolución y, casi después de 3 meses desde mi compra sigo con unos faros que no funcionan.
Estoy muy descontento. Entiendo que una solución se puede demorar algo de tiempo, pero creo que es demasiado. Lo peor es cuando dejas de tener respuesta por parte de la empresa. Iniciaré un proceso de reclamación, puesto que no han cumplido con el tiempo de soporte ni de garantía que indican. Los faros no son baratos, puesto que he gastado más de 700€.

lamentamos sinceramente que la demora en resolver este caso haya generado esta impresión.
Queremos dejar claro que su incidencia sigue activa y que en ningún momento hemos abandonado el caso ni rechazado nuestra responsabilidad de garantía.
Desde que identificamos el problema con las luces largas, hemos estado trabajando en una solución específica para la configuración de su vehículo. En lugar de enviarle una pieza sin verificar, se preparó un adaptador específico y se decidió comprobarlo primero en una configuración equivalente para asegurarnos de que realmente resolviera el problema.
Sí reconocemos que este proceso ha tardado bastante más de lo inicialmente previsto y que nuestras actualizaciones deberían haber sido más frecuentes. Por ello, le pedimos disculpas.
Sin embargo, no es correcto decir que hemos dejado de responder o que no estamos atendiendo la garantía. La solución sigue en preparación y nuestro objetivo continúa siendo el mismo: que sus faros funcionen correctamente sin que usted tenga que asumir costes adicionales por esta incidencia.
Seguiremos tratando su caso directamente hasta llegar a una solución.

£350 order still not received after more than 3 weeks
I placed my order for switchable BMW DRL modules on 31 August and paid £350.20. At checkout, the estimated delivery window was 3–9 September.
That delivery window passed without the order being delivered, and I had to contact Eleron several times by email and Instagram to find out what was happening. My Instagram messages were not answered, and email updates only came after repeated follow-ups.
I was first told there were delays caused by the August holiday period and issues with their logistics system. I was later told the order should arrive around 25 September.
Tracking was eventually provided on 17 September, but since then there has been no meaningful movement or progress shown in the tracking information.
As of 24 September, I still have not received the order.
For a £350 product, I expected much better communication, fulfilment and delivery service. Eleron presents the product as a premium, manually configured and quality-controlled item, but the ordering and shipping experience has not felt premium at all.
I cannot comment on the actual quality of the product because I still haven’t received it. I will update this review if and when it arrives.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We understand the frustration caused by the original delivery estimate being missed and by the need to follow up for updates.
We would, however, like to add some context for anyone reading this review. On 14 September, after checking the shipment manually with our logistics partner, we advised that our updated best estimate for delivery was around 25 September. This review was posted on 24 September, so at the time of writing, that revised estimate had not yet passed.
The shipment has also been progressing through the delivery network. It arrived at London Heathrow on 23 September and entered UK customs clearance on 24 September. Royal Mail tracking may remain inactive until the parcel is formally handed over to them for final-mile delivery.
The original 3–9 September estimate shown at checkout was not sufficiently adjusted for UK shipments, which follow a different import and final-mile process from our EU deliveries. We are already addressing this. Improved country-specific delivery estimates are already live for our US customers, and we expect the equivalent update for UK customers to roll out within the next one to two weeks.
As confirmed in our earlier emails, the shipment is being delivered DDP. Eleron has covered the applicable import duties and taxes, so there should be nothing additional for you to pay on delivery, as promised on the product page.
We agree that communication around the earlier delay could have been better, and we are improving both the way delivery estimates are presented and the way shipment updates are communicated.
We appreciate your patience and hope the product itself meets your expectations once it arrives.

MK7 GTI Headlight units are spot on
MK7 Headlight units are spot on. No issues with delivery at all and customer service seems to be very speedy and helpful. I should have read the description properly before purchase as it does state coding may be required on VCDS and I attempted it with another software and wasn’t able to do the fault erase. Fortunately, headlights still work as expected and match up with the grille seamlessly. Sequential indicators not perfectly as expected however still fully operational as described and do the job well. Easy to install, well-built and at a fraction of the cost for OEM I’m very impressed. LEDs are absolutely perfect, low/high beams work great and no cheap blue look to the DRLs. Complete white LED as advertised.
(Would definitely recommend but just make sure if you want the fault erased from the dash to go somewhere that has VCDS/VAGcom)

You’re absolutely right on the coding side too — depending on the car, VCDS/VAG-COM may be needed to clear the dash fault even though the headlights themselves work normally.

I cannot recommend this company enough. They are the most thorough business in this field ive ever used. They ask for your VIN number to be precise and connect with you many times to make sure everything is spot on. .vin number , make and model, style of lights , all codes done, no swapping over ballast or any of that , plug and play only and exactly to the fit and spec of your car. The lights are incredible, very bright and fresh looking, the white and yellow displays are awesome.. honestly if you're lookin to buy these lights look no further, they take at least 15 days start to finish but you will love them and well worth the wait.. the aftercare service is also 5 star perfect. Thank you guys especially Laurynas Velička who was incredibly helpful .🙏🙏

We experienced several unexpected…
We experienced several unexpected challenges during the installation and coding of the headlights on our VW Golf. At first, we were unsure whether the issue was caused by the headlights, the wiring, or the vehicle coding.
Mr. Laurynas from the Eleron team provided outstanding support throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully review every detail, answered all of our emails promptly, and guided us step by step through the troubleshooting process. Even after many tests, he never gave up and continued suggesting new ideas until we finally identified the exact cause of the problem.
His technical knowledge, patience, and dedication were truly exceptional. Thanks to his support, we were able to solve every issue, and in the end everything worked perfectly, including the high beams and flash-to-pass function.
Customer service like this is very rare nowadays. Eleron doesn’t just sell high-quality products—they genuinely stand behind them and make sure their customers achieve a successful installation.
A huge thank you to Mr. Laurynas and the entire Eleron team for their excellent support and professionalism. I highly recommend Eleron to anyone looking for quality products backed by first-class customer service. I would definitely buy from them again.

This one definitely took some patience on both sides, so I’m very glad we managed to get to the bottom of it and get everything working properly in the end, including the high beams and flash-to-pass.
Sometimes with VW installations, the headlights themselves are only one part of the equation and the vehicle coding or wiring can make troubleshooting a bit more involved. We always try to stay with it until the actual cause is found rather than just guessing or leaving the customer to figure it out.
