I would not recommend this service. I was reassured the price was a one-off fee, only to later be stung with a £50 per month subscription just to keep my website running.

Customer support is almost entirely automated and completely unhelpful. The process was long, stressful and the end result was poor.

I’m utterly disappointed. This has genuinely affected my small business — I was just looking for some honest support, not to be misled, conned and left having wasted a significant amount of money that was far from cheap.

I see that elevate responded and made note that I had already contacted them about how miss leading their services was as I ensured I asked before purchasing as I wouldn't be able to afford fees after to "keep my website live" . Completely unethical and their response does not offer any solution at all!

Genuinely brilliant company offering excellent value and brilliant service. I asked for them to build a website and they offered an affordable quote and turned around 2 mock ups in a matter of days. They have a solid grasp of what the specific website needs and could deliver beyond my expectations. Would also use them for other services such as PPC which I need based on the service received.

I have held various websites with Elevate from the Web creation U.K. times so approx 18 years. Just had a new website built and again a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I decided to engage with ElevateOM to build my website and I have ended up with a very professional and functioning site. Since then I have also signed up to ongoing web support and I can only say it was a good decision on my part. I have had a number of occasions where I needed support and guidance - because I am new to this and it is not my area of knowledge and expertise. Every time I have needed technical support and/or guidance I have always had a great response. A special mention for Avinash who has built the website from scratch and made edits and improvements along the way. Responses to my queries and problems have always been quick and problems have been resolved. A mention to for Chai in support who also responds quickly and professionally.

Anuj and Cristine did an outstanding job creating my website, Tiny Tents Sleepovers. From the very beginning, they were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Every request was handled quickly, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them.
The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My website looks professional, modern, and exactly how I envisioned it.
I’m truly grateful for their hard work and dedication. Highly recommended for anyone needing a website built!

Terrible and disgusting experience, total ripped off. I was given only bad and worse option in web design so my only choice was already bad at the start. The main page still has issues and they said will be corrected when going live. Midway they kept asking for money beyond what they said as fixed price at the start. When I asked to set up the email app on my phone they were reluctant to help me to set it up and finally I had to shout at them to do it. Above all of these they asked for another £620 to keep the website going.

Avoid avoid, I started the process of having a website designed after talking with them on the phone. I paid half the amount. I told them I had a Wix site and that was struggling with all the keywords. Tags and such things. They told me no problem at all they would be doing all that. The next day I got a form through from them to fill in, they wanted keywords, tags and meta descriptions all the things that I had struggled with in the Wix site I was now expected to do again. I cancelled the design of the website which they did not listen to. It was escalated to a manager who I told again I wanted to cancel. 30 mins after emails were back and forth I received a email from a designer that had been put in charge of designing my website. So they were just taking no notice of me. Them more emails and eventually got told no refund even though no work had been done in making me a website. Manager said wanted to help, so suggested that with the money I had paid if they could do the keywords, tags meta descriptions on my Wix site. Got told no that my website has already started to be designed even though I had cancelled. So please avoid and get yourself a company that actually listens to what you want and doesn’t steal your money, or you will end up like me paying over 400 pound for nothing.

The Elevate team have been so brilliant with everything. The turn around time was so short even with such a high quality website produced. We had a lot of specific needs for our website and we were reassured that it would be carried out, and they certainly were! Special thanks to Cristine & Anuj! We are very grateful.

I was hesitant at first to use these guys because I don't really understand the wizardry involved in getting my website up the rankings on Google and I was being told that nothing will happen overnight - I would have to pay for the service for at least 4 months before anything happens. But after exactly 4 months my site was coming up on page one so they really delivered on their promise and I'm continuing to use them. They are always willing to tweak the search terms for me to attract a wider audience. My business is very competitive so there is still work to do for me to come up on page 1 with a more generic search but I've only got good things to say about Elevate. Would definitely recommend.

OK, So i found them on google, as a small business i need help to increase my online sale. I met and spoke to Aaron seem like a nice man. I took them on now 8th month and not much financial gain, no great improvements on sales. Disappointing, online present have improved, so lets give it more time, lets see if the work they are doing will start giving us sales, i will love to give them a 5 star rating when this happens, will update this review when the sales start coming in .
