I ordered skis with this company that were never sent. I rang after a week and was told it was their courier’s issue and not theirs. When I asked when they would be sent I was told they have over 40 boards that haven’t been sent and they have no idea when they will be. After 11 days they couldn’t care less. I will avoid this company and the worst, most incompetent customer service I have ever encountered.
