Exceptional Service and Gorgeous Items!
I took the plunge and ordered the 'Perfect Side Stripe Joggers' and 'Shoulder Pad T-Shirts' in a few colours after seeing them on Facebook Reels—and I am so glad I did! The quality is fantastic and perfect for dress up / dress down options.
The delivery was super quick and everything was very well packaged. However, the real star is Hayley. I posted a question about my order and had a response within 2 hours. Hayley went completely over and above with her explanations and recommendations; she truly exceeded my expectations!
It’s A* service all the way. If I could give 12 out of 10, I would. Now I just need to decide what to order next!?

I recently bought a jumper and after the first wear it unfortunately developed a small issue. I contacted Eleven Loves and they were absolutely excellent — Hayley was so quick to respond, really helpful, and they arranged a replacement with no hassle at all. The way this was handled was fantastic and really reassuring. I have had a number of other items from this company and had no problem at all with them and found them to be of excellent quality. Great customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Great company, fabulous clothes!
As someone with really long legs, I struggle to find the perfect length in trousers and skirts. Somehow, Hayley manages to design beautiful clothes that genuinely do fit all!
I am now the happy owner of jumpsuits, the tulle skirt, several jackets, and most recently, the amazing Billie Jeans. I love them all. Great quality, exceptionally well designed and such versatile pieces.
I have always received excellent customer service and love the personal touch with this company.

Excellent Service
Faultless service yet again from Eleven Loves. I had 2 queries this morning - one querying the colour of an item and the second checking if it would be possible to amend a delivery. Both queries were answered super quick and queries resolved without any problem. I have bought from Eleven Loves before and the quality is excellent so am looking forward to receiving my latest items. Would highly recommend.

Washed black barrel jeans - Such a lovely shape, fit, construction and colour. I shall definitely buy another pair. A great online shopping experience including communications and delivery. This is my second Eleven Loves purchase and couldn’t be happier. My first was a denim dress which has been my go to all year.

Returned good and failed to get a refund when I returned them.
The quality was good, however didn’t fit me.
I sent them back, chased 4 times over 4 weeks and failed to get my refund. I ended up going through my credit card

Hi- thank you for your review. As you know, we contacted you when the return was received as it smelled strongly of perfume. It is very rare that we need to do this and we will only do so if our fulfillment partner have tried airing the item for a few days and are unable to remove the smell. Our terms and conditions state we need items to be returned in a saleable condition . As a sustainable brand we can't dispose of goods that are returned in a faulty condition and trust our customers to return them unworn and not smelling of perfume. We offered to return them to you but instead of responding you chose to submit a chargeback through your credit card company. This is damaging for a small independent sustainable brand. Hayley

My first purchase from Eleven Loves but will not be my last. I bought the black Bettine blazer in the sale and am delighted with it. The material is lovely quality and I received extremely helpful sizing advice from Hayley. Am thrilled to have discovered this lovely brand.

I recently found this lovely brand & I LOVE It!!!!!!
I have purchased seven items already,they are of beautiful quality & a perfect fit. Looking forward to my next purchase.
I am 68 years young & these clothes have give me my confidence back. I get lots of comments which is really nice.
I can recommend watching the videos on Thursday evenings & Sunday mornings. Lots of style tips with new items always coming in. Just love it.
The service is excellent, very quick & beautifully wrapped .

Amazing clothes and customer service!
I have been a customer of Eleven Loves for about a year and find their range to be a fab mix of staples and more stand-out items, all great quality. Their Izzy dresses (vest style and long sleeve are the best quality rib I've ever seen and fit like a glove). I also have the Leah linen waistcoat and trousers which received so many compliments in the summer. I have just had an issue with a fault in a sale jumper and received rapid responses to my emails this weekend. I then realised that it was Hayley herself replying! All resolved most deftly by her. Thank you!.

Great quality clothes with exceptional customer service from Hayley. Royal Mail messed up my delivery and this was rectified by the owner Hayley the same day. I bought a sweatshirt to try out the brand and I will be buying again - love it!

Eleven loves sells stylish quality items which you won’t find on the high street. Hayley the founder is always happy to offer her advice on styling, sizing etc . Eleven loves customer service is exceptional. Ladies support this small business you won’t regret it.

Ordered a sweatshirt and a ribbed dress and both came quickly, packaged beautifully and are excellent quality and fit. Will definitely order again. I got a 15% off code from the person I saw marketing these items, so even more worthwhile!
