If I could leave no stars? More accurate. Like everyone else, long time customer being ripped off this last order. They've lost my business. Not happy about losing money with no respond to emails (the only way to communicate with them).
Go somewhere else. Do not shop here.

Radio Silence - UPDATE (see bottom)

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Website said they were able to deliver to my address prior to submitting order. Order submitted, and order status has been "Order ready" for 2 weeks, with the message "We could not determine the appropriate carrier for your tracking number." I've sent 3 emails over the past 2 weeks, and none have gotten responses, despite it saying they will respond in 24-48 hours. I called customer service phone number and it says basically that "due to COVID" they are only doing customer service via email.

I will note that their website works just fine, especially the part where they take your credit card information and immediately charge it. Also, their email specials work well too. I receive 1-2 emails per day with specials in them, but 0 regarding my order inquiry. I'm sympathetic to worker shortages, but don't make several promises up front that you don't deliver on.

EDIT (2021-12-17): My order arrived today. I've still received absolutely no correspondence from eliquid.com but I'm glad it arrived so I'm raising to 2 stars. I'd raise it to 3 stars if I didn't have to go through the time & effort to dispute the charge, and now have to cancel the dispute. I won't be ordering from them again.

Horrible!!!

I placed an order with them and my card was charged $133. Have not received my package. Was sent an email stating it was shipped but when I spoke to them they said they had no record of the carrier or tracking number and would have to look into it. I have since called multiple times a day and have been placed on hold for hours at a time and no one ever answers. I have also sent multiple emails with no response. At this point I am filing a dispute with my bank over the charge. User beware!

it's been 13 days since I ordered and I've yet to receive anything. my shipment is somewhere around louisville kentucky for like 5 days. this website sucks.

Update, took 25 days for products to arrive

You'll probably never get your order

It's not worth the headache of using them. I've ordered from them for quite awhile and am totally cool with a few delays since I order big batches of product, but now its insane how long it takes.

The most frustrating part is, like a lot of others have said, your order will sit in limbo at some random facility for days while they constantly postpone the delivery date. At the moment, I have $500 order sitting in SANTA FE SPRINGS CA 90670. That has been there since November 16th.

Seems like they are just overwhelmed, but are choosing to ignored it. Should really try to find another shipping option even if costs people more. I'm pretty sure most people would pay more to avoid using xdelivery since they clearly cant handle the volume and provide no updates.

Just please go anywhere else. At least you'll get your product.

Lost dedicated customer of two years

I placed an order on Nov1 almost a month later and nothing at all. I’ve emailed and called but for them to tell me oh it says delivered…. Well $hit I haven’t received my order over $100! They won’t even give me the name of the carrier.. shady AF!!! Tracking number doesn’t work… I’ve been ordering faithfully for two years first time I have ever had to go through any of this!!

Ripped off for sure. Order placed November 5th. Every time I try to track it sends me to route app and there it says new order. 🤬 DELIVER MY STUFF! As you can clearly see, I’m PO’ed!

Big Mistake

I ordered coils and liquid 3 weeks ago and the tracking shows no info on where my package is even though ot showe out for delivery on 11/9/21 and the delayed. Now it is obviously lost and ELiquid.com refuses to refund my money.

I placed order over $75. As I normally do.... they are using XDelivery company after 2weeks package gets delayed day after day. Order placed 10/27/21 . Eliquid was Rude & didn't care I was missing my products. They got there money.!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. BIG RIP OFF. If I could give Negative score of -10 I would

It’s been a month and my order is missing

It’s been a month and my order has still not arrived. No apology. No attempt to do anything. Just “not our fault” copy pasted responses with no apology in the copy paste and absolutely no consideration or care for the customer. Just a “answer the email and get it over with” mentality. 300 dollar order. Never again.

Not sure what's going on but...

I've ordered before with no problems but this time I've been waiting over 2 weeks and nothing. Customer service is no help. I understand there are shipping issues - but for the amount of shipping I paid, this is unnacceptable. With free shipping I wouldn't have such high expectations. Don't charge me a premium shipping rate and then use economical services. That's just bad business and a cheat.

Awful

Awful. ZERO STARS.

Absolutely no shipping updates since and the tracking number doesn’t come up in the carrier system.

I’ve emailed customer service 3 times this week and have not gotten any response. I’ve tried called but there’s some automated BS message and says they’ll only accept emails then it hangs up automatically.

Like WOW. 100% awful.

Unsatisfactory

Vape liquid very chemically! Made me very ill and the one bottle was already open! Also bought disposables to take to a wedding and they all were disgusting and made me vomit! Have tried to contact them haven't had any luck! Best contacted via email

Order no Order 575725

Order no Order 575725, ordered on the 14th Oct..item still in Frankfurt since first November. No refund or replacement as parcel still in transit!!! Would have walked from Germany to Malta by that time. Customer care won't have it that parcel is lost so i ask, when do you guys realize that messing around with folks who paid you in full for a product want their money's worth.
