A really good robust greenhouse, good value, well designed and easy to assemble with comprehensive, clear instructions. This is the second time we have bought an Elite greenhouse as we were so pleased with the one at our previous house.
Customer support is really good if you need it. I needed to modify the eaves drainage to suit my installation & they were excellent in providing advice and parts for this. My first port of call if I ever need another greenhouse: highly recommended

Great service and good delivery time, instructions good but because we had a powered coated finish some were a little confusing sticky labels would help but overall if you watch the video you should be ok and get friends to help makes it easier. Incredibly happy with the product 😊

Just love my little greenhouse, ordering was straight forward and not to long to wait. My husband put it together, took a wee while but we got there. I had a small space that I wanted to fit a greenhouse, but didn’t think I would find one small enough, but Elite had the perfect one. Love it so much.

We needed a greenhouse of a certain size, a bit off the standard units.
We searched and ELITE were the only company that could provide what we wanted.
We were really impressed with what you get for what you pay, base included etc.
If we were going to buy another greenhouse of any size, we would probably use ELITE without hesitation as the units are good.

I would of given them a 5 star rating, which is such a shame, as this was due to the finished ends/edges with burrs on the cut pieces, which were sharp and needed to be removed and smoothed up prior to building.

I have written to Elite on this subject, so hopefully they will have addressed the issue and noone else will face the same issue.

Very good quality and precision engineered product. Instructions very detailed with photos. A couple of points in the construction where even more detail would have helped, but phone calls to Elite quickly sorted things.

I ordered a 10'x6' Craftsman with toughened glass and am very pleased with it. The all-aluminium construction is solid and well designed. Assembly is a 2 day job for one person, with an additional hand needed at some stages. I'm sure it would be quicker if you paid for assembly. Instructions were fine in my opinion, but it is a medium-high complexity job for a DIYer so be aware of that. Videos on Elite website were helpful. I ordered auto-openers for the vents, and a single side louvre, both of which were very worthwhile given the hot weather we've been having.

The delivery, service and quality of the greenhouse was excellent and many visitors have commented on the product.

Bought a Belmont 6x8 Greenhouse, slightly different sizing from the normal green powder coated with double doors and some extras including bar capping and automatic vent and louvers. Opted for self assembly and found assembly instructions need careful attention even with the pictures. Recommend the watching of the assembly videos several times which was fine as we were not in hurry to get the greenhouse assembled. Delivery time was OK as it was to go onto a solid base which gave enough time to get this ready. Made some small modifications to the door lock so the doors don't rattle in the wind when closed. Very pleased with the greenhouse, its looks good and is really solid.

Tomatoes and Cucamelons are a dream to grow in my new greenhouse ! I bought my greenhouse house just under a year ago and was eager to start with lots of over wintered seedlings.
The greenhouse came with a very detailed instruction manual but quite fiddly to follow. I am assuming that it is correct given that it is still standing and nothing has broken or cracked. We secured it onto a wooden decking plank platform which is great to allow water to drain away. As well as wonderfully functional, and my own sanctuary of calm, it got my seedlings off to a good start it also looks lovely! I am really pleased with it.

I have had several greenhouses in my time but this Kensington one from Elite is by far the best. The installation manual was a bit confusing but we took our time and redid a couple of bits and we managed successfully. It now stands solidly and looks beautiful next to our garage and compliments the garden. As a lean to it actually covers the bland garage wall. Bit pricey but well worth it Delivery was as scheduled and guys were friendly and helpful. Haven’t had to use customer service but I’m sure I won’t be disappointed if I do

Great service, wife loves the Green House....put the base down ready the week before delivery, also when the base went in ran a 32mm pipe in under base for electrical trim if needed later....follow instructions, was easy to erect .........added a a support for the door hanging track using a spare odd section of metal which supported the end of the door track and was much smother opening / closing .....Very Pleased...

Delivery was a day before the date provided which was unexpected but the greenhouse was packaged very well. I found the instructions ok to follow and built the green house sections fairly easily. However, the clarity of some of the photographs within the Instructions could certainly be improved as it was difficult, sometimes, to determine which part of the component was being shown.
Overall, I am please with the quality.

I bought a lean to greenhouse from these guys 6ft by 4ft. Arrived on time carefully packaged and laid out by driver. Manged to erect it by myself. But a second pair of hands would be useful. And the bottom line is i absolutely love it. Great valye for money. Just what I wanted to enhance my gardening experience

The after sales care was superb. I found that I was short of some nuts and bolts and with one call I had more straight away. Also, I had an issue with the doors not seeming to fit right and again one call got me to technical support who advised me of the issue. I will admit it was a challenge to assemble and it took me longer than I thought it would but that is down to it being a highly superior kit to the common garden centre types. The sides are taller as is the roof gable and the door is tall enough so I don't hit my head going in and out. It is very robust and has been coping well in these heat waves as the ventilation works great. It is a great greenhouse that will last me many years,

Bought our greenhouse late 2025. The greenhouse is a good size anf quality and we have made good use of it.

My only problem was the installing of it and being done in 2 sections due to levelling!

If this had of been done by the manufacturer this would have been more efficient.

Delivery, component quality, finished article: all 5 stars. Instructions 3 stars and must be improved. As an ex RAF technician and Engineer Officer I'm not short of practical experience which is just as well because the written manual wasn't good enough. The finished greenhouse looks superb, and is solid. If your hands and brain are good at construction then by all means DIY, but if not you'd be better off employing professionals to build it.

Bought an Elite High Eaves Greenhouse with a few optional extras via Elbec. Phone call to arrange delivery date from a lovely and very pleasant lady. Delivery arrived on date and in rough timeframe advised (early pm). Delivery driver (Graham?) was so helpful and polite, putting everything exactly where needed. We are competent DIYers so tackled the build ourselves. Instruction book was comprehensive & we also watched Elite's videos on Youtube both before and during assembly. All parts were present and clearly labelled. No issues at all putting it together and delighted with the greenhouse - very sturdy & a pleasure to work in. Very highly recommended & would buy from Elite again.

The only way to get the result you want is to get their recommended installers to put it up. Dan and Brendon are excellent at their job and will find a work around to most issues, luckily mine were minor on this 14 x 6” powder coated lean to.

These experienced greenhouse fitters work with most brands and have high praise for the Elite Kensington, in their view superior to Rhino and other known brands.

The installers don’t come cheap, they know their value. They arrived 6am having driven 2 hours and had it completed by 5pm. Pleasant, courteous, reliable and skilled. That’s what you pay for.

Don’t attempt it yourself unless you are super confident in your ability!
