Disgusting Customer Service
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the experience I had with this company was unacceptable. Their customer service was shockingly poor — not only were they unhelpful, but they were also argumentative and completely solution-averse. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they seemed more interested in deflecting blame and shutting down the conversation.
To make matters worse, they cancelled my order without informing me. No email, no call, no explanation — I only found out when I followed up myself. When I reached out to understand what happened, I was met with resistance and zero accountability.
If you're looking for a company that values its customers and handles issues professionally, this is not the one. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

We apologise for this unfortunate situation. When courier delays occurred, we clearly communicated the options to the customer: either cancel the order for a full refund or proceed with delivery. The customer chose to continue but later requested a postage refund.
At no point was the order cancelled without the customer’s knowledge. Once it became clear the courier could not meet expectations, a full refund was promptly issued.
We take customer service very seriously and always strive to act fairly and responsibly, even when circumstances are beyond our control.
