reserved a ticket, more than once. someone named Paul answered the phone each time(personal airline!!!). Not only he was abruptly rude and talk over me, he was saying in each sentence that he can cancel the flight. the weirdest website to book tickets. it does not ask anything about passport. I reserved each time and not got any email for any of them. He cancelled each flight after he reported the announced rate on Jetcost is not valid(?!). It is a shame that Jestcost such an amazing website lets such a nonsense vender even advertizes with them and plays with passengers, time, money and patience. Jestcost, act up and kick them out of your site NOW.

Hemant really helped me out when I wasn't able to book my travel back to Canada from India.

I was stuck in India and needed to go back to Canada to avoid my PR application related complications. Hemant booked my flight considering all the travel restrictions in the transit countries.
I travelled from Delhi to Maldives with 2 nights stay and then to Toronto via frankfurt.
Maldivian govt required us to have a return ticket and hotel booking confirmation voucher beforehand which was already provided by him.
Hemant stayed awake for all my security clearances, no matter what time of day. It helped me while leaving delhi to maldives, as some updates in the return ticket nad hotel stay were required. It would have costed additional Rs. 90k -1lac, which was totally taken care of by Hemant. Any other person would have taken the advantage of the situation, but he helped me and made sure I dont feel worried at all.

I would highly recommend him for any future travels.
