It is all fake items, exceptionally badly made. Please believe me, do not order anything from this site thinking it’s real or good quality. NOT a UK company, 12 days to deliver, shocking poor quality. Don’t fall for it like I did.

Ordered a jacket that was too big on me and asked for an exchange. Customer support offered a new one in a different size for a fraction of the price, and no need to return the original jacket. Support is quick and helpful with queries and solutions, and the clothes are pretty good quality.

Ordered a jacket and it is extremely poor quality shipped from Pakistan. Now having problems securing a refund. Avoid this company. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

SCAM

Do not take the chance and purchase from here. I bought a jacket for £79 and it looked and fitted nothing like the photos provided on the website.

When I confronted them and asked for a refund due to the jacket being nothing like what was advertised. Instead of accepting that the jacket was poorly advertised and apologising with a refund. They instead asked me to either ship it back at my expense (for a clear fault on their side). Or accept a measly 30% refund on a £79 item.
Additionally the item came from pakistan and the quality was garbage for such a high price.

If you find yourself in the same position please file a chargeback with your bank. The bank will side with you under the 2015 UK consumer rights act.

I ordered a garment which wasn't as expected which was on me to a certain degree. The issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction without quibble. I would have no problem using them again and they were very responsive to emails.

About SCAM! Stay away! It's a company based in Pakistan but pretending to be in the UK. They don't specify a manufacturing time so even though I placed the order in mid January, I had no news on my order, it's status or whereabouts for 2 weeks and it took another week and a half after that for it to arrive! Not only was it too late for what I had need it (a b-day present) but their "return" policy is a complete sham!
Do Not Order!

Ordered a Claudia winkleman cape on 21 January. Was told five day delivery. After constant emails saying it was in transit it arrived today. Cheap material covered in dog hair. Looking at the horrendous reviews I’ll be lucky to get a refund. Contacting my bank.

Do not buy off this company.

Ordered a Claudia winkleman cape on 3rd Dec. Did not receive this my order until 28th January after numerous chasing. When received it was the wrong item.
Now saying their warehouse can’t accept returns at the moment. First they offered me 40% of money back and keep item. Then 60% and now 70%. Have gone back to say I will not accept anything less than a FULL refund and it’s not my fault their warehouse can’t accept returns. I have contacted my bank to claim refund.

Bought a branded hoodie when opened parcel the hoodie had marks on it! complained to company they said must have happened in transit then washed it & writing came off! Fake clothes dont buy

I received my order in time for Christmas and even though the item didn’t fit to my liking, I requested a refund using the Elite leather wear customer care email and it was dealt with very promptly.

I have ordered a jacket from these on the 24th of November and its now the 3rd of December and I still haven't even had an update of it leaving for delivery. Don't make the same mistake as I have and get scammed im £85 down with nothing to show for it just before chrismas. I have tried to email these but ive had no response. If I receive my order or a refund ill change this review but untill then ive been scammed its what it is.
