My experience with Elite London Rides was very positive. Booking was quick and straightforward, and communication was clear from start to finish. The driver was on time, the vehicle was tidy and comfortable, and the journey went smoothly without any issues. The service felt professional and well-managed overall. I would happily use Elite London Rides again and would recommend them to anyone needing a trustworthy transport service in London.

Awful customer service experience, been waiting nearly 37 days for a refund. Have been chasing them for weeks, did not provide a service I requested, still charged and have the audacity to now ignore my request. Avoid this company at all costs.

The worse company. Poor customer service. Paid for service, they did not provide. Have been told will get refund. Been 4 weeks & nothing has happened.

The driver picked me up 15 mins late. At least the company responds to offer me to send me to hotel near by airport to drop my luggage as my plan then send me to the airport to catch the flight on time.

These guys are terrible - the drivers have been nice but the company's customer service leaves a LOT to be desired.

I booked a round trip to the airport - on the way out they picked me up 45 minutes after I requested, at 4 in the morning what am I supposed to do but accept this.

On return my plane landed early and had to taxi for 45 minutes, they hounded me with phone calls the entire time, demanded an additional CASH payment for being 'late' (how I'm supposed to control the time it takes for a plane to get to a gate at the airport I do not know) and then threatened to abandon me if I didn't pay this additional fee even though I had prepaid the majority of the fare. This was especially terrifying when travelling as a single woman and already on the motorway

Truly awful behaviour - will never use them again and I suggest you don't either
