Elite Nutrition Opiniões

It took a little bit for my order to be shipped. They let me know in a reasonable time that my order would be hold. once it was shipped I was notified and I am happy with my product.

good cost in comparison to other companies, fairly fast shipping

Limited contact with customer service. Can't reach by phone to talk. can't response by email. Never received order. I am not sure if I will ever get it now.

Great customer service. Very prompt mailing out items.

Fast shipping great prices! Just became a huge fan!

My order is always accurate and I usually get it in about 3 days with Standard shipping.

Smaller then I thought it would be. Should have gone to the store to buy it. Would have got more for that price.

Horrible company with horrible customer service (as it is non-existent). I placed an order for supplements over three weeks ago. A week after placing, I received a voicemail requesting to “verify” my order from someone with Elite. I immediately called back, and no answer. Two weeks later, and after multiple voicemails, text messages, messages, and emails DAILY, I have yet to have anyone answer or call me back. Now I have been charged for my supplements, and my order remains in limbo. If the company went out of business, it would be nice for them to post on their website, and not allow anyone to attempt to make any purchases, or take any money from customers, without delivering the ordered goods.

Protein is great, just didn't like the fact that it had no tracking # like the order I placed before. Didn't know when to expect it, took 6 days to come in.

Great service, excellent turn around time. Thanks

Great customer service reaching out after I made a mistake entering info during checkout. Promptly fixed and the products were just as ordered but at a steeper discount than GNC and other major nutrition retailers. Will give them my business again.

Fast shipping and item was accurate to its description online.

I received my product with a broken spray cap I proceeded to try to use and it spills all over the place when I spray losing the content, The quality control is bad. I will be needing a replacement now

It took longer than I expected from FedEx. It took longer than a week and was being delivered only from PA which is only one state away.

First time ordering from elite nutrition. I usually buy from bodybuilding.com. I noticed that they had products that bodybuilding.com didn't have and thought I would give them a try. Shipping was good I will order from them again

Delivered quickly with several tracking emails. Well done.
