Awful customer service and poor…
Awful customer service and poor communication. Checkin in time was 3, cleaner got delayed so they said to check in at 4. I got there at 5 with the code to access the key. There was no key when I got there, I knocked no one attended the door. Had to call and wait 15 mins to get this sorted. Turned out the cleaner was still inside. I entered she continued cleaning.
We tried be accommodating, but they was lying with us from the get go. They charged us for the carpet which was already dirty. When I asked for photos they took few days to reply. Very shady behaviour. They charged us £100 for this carpet cleaning which was a joke. Our check in was at 3 and the cleaner stayed till 6. This inconvenience they never took into consideration properly and offered £20 refund which is a joke. We have been chasing over a month and they stopped all communication with us and never issued a refund. Nice accomodation but shady company running it
