Elite Umrah Opiniões

ive booked with them paid deposit and due to family reasons i couldn't travel they didn't give me refund nearly £900 wasted i will suggest avoid these guys

Aside from a little mishap with hotels before we arrived, everything was perfect. Elite upgraded us to a 5 star hotel in madinah. Communication was great, very responsive, despite how many questions I had! Hotels were great. Transport to zeyrats was efficient, and so was transport to and from the airport. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

This was my second time to umrah and my first time going through elite umrah from the start to finish they were very supportive and helped me each stage of the journey and they made sure everything went nice and smooth they made this beautiful experience a pleasant experience
I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of going umrah or hajj definitely use elite umrah I have recommended them to my friends and family and I most definitely will be using them again and again

Elite umrah is fantastic!!!

I can't recommend them enough; our agent, brother Nabeel, was amazing; he was always available and so accommodating to all of my family's wants/needs. So kind, genuine and helpful beyond that which he had to be.

Everything was taken care of, leaving little worry and allowing for everything logistically to happen smoothly and accordingly to plan; Allowing us as a family to focus on our spiritual journey, Mashallah, Allahuma Barik.

All of this incredible service along with what is already included in the package(s) makes it a no brainer!

Professional yet empathetic to you needs, they remain flexible, communicative and trustworthy.

If you are considering Umrah and want peace of mind for everything surrounding a life changing experience, to Makkah and Madinah and back, Elite Umrah is the way to go.

A truly peaceful and well arranged 😊

Appalling conditions and zero accountability
I was part of a group of 4 families that booked our Umrah package back in March. We waited 10 months for confirmation, only to be given it on the day we were flying. The agency split our group up, and my family was placed in a truly horrific hotel. It was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely unsuitable for a spiritual trip. To find out the agency only booked it 2 days before we arrived—despite us paying 10 months ago—is disgusting. They don't care about your experience, only your money.

Headline: They split our families and ignored our calls! Extremely disappointed. We were a large group of 4 families traveling together, but the agency split us up upon arrival in Madinah. My sister was placed in a terrible, dirty hotel that was nothing like what we expected. Even though we booked 10 months in advance, the hotel told us the booking was only made 48 hours before check-in. When we tried to resolve this, the staff were useless and dismissive. Do your
research and stay away.

My review was removed by manipulation. So not sure trust pilot are even doing their research and groundwork.
Our journey and whole trip was completely messed up by the agen Nabeel. Promised the world and delivered nothing. Changed our hotels to 1 star on the day we arrived at madina. When we paid for a 5 star package. No acknowledgement or offer of reimbursement as yet even after we returned. This shows that this is how they make money and clear evidence as others on hear are talking of similar experience.

Please avoid booking with this agency!

I booked my Umrah through a travel agency called Elite Umrah, and the experience was really good. They arranged everything smoothly, including flights, hotels, Ziyarah, and all ground transportation. Brother Nabeel stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and was always available to answer any questions we had. Overall, the service was reliable and well-organised, which made our Umrah journey much easier and stress-free.

Very helpful experience with booking a package for umrah
They made it very easy and straight forward with reasonable prices

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, supportive, and very well organised. Special thanks to Faizan Ali who helped us throughout and made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for their reliability and great customer care.

My experience was amazing from start to finish. Brother Nabeel is wonderful man he made this journey stress free for me and my son. Always checking on us if everything is OK. If drive arrives every single thing, he got us the best hotel where the haram is just 10 minutes by the hotel bus which is free, the bus leaves the hotel every 15mins. My first time to umrah was amazing. The customer service is 10 out 10 I recommend this agency and I travel with Saudi air, the amazing thing about the airline is you can pray in the plane. All thanks to Elite agency 🙌 🙏 wulahi thank you.

Ma Sha Allah it was a wonderful experience with Eliteumrah, Alhamdulillah my wife and I came across their page on instagram. From that moment till we got to Saudi Arabia and back the communication was great, the details and how well we are taken care of through out our journey.

•we booked 9 months ago and nothing was confirmed until a few days before, extremely last moment
• took too long to bring back visas
• we paid for a 5 star hotel in madina which suddenly was changed to a 1 star hotel
•when we asked the original (5 star) hotel if our rooms were booked from the beginning, they said no meaning the agency lied about the booking from the start
• we booked as a group however we were separated into 2 hotels (the 5 star and 1 star)

Elite Umrah provides excellent services from start to finish. There prices are affordable, which includes flights, visas, hotels, transport in Makkah and Madina. They have good communication skills and are approachable. I already have recommended them to friends and families. I will definitely contact them in future for more services. Thank you Shah Mohammed for the great services you have provided.

Faizal made the whole process so simple and nothing was ever an issue for him to change or check. We were travelling in a large group and alhamdulilah the trip went as smoothly as it could've. Jazakallah Khair Faizal.

Very good customer service and supportive. Highly recommend and helpful at every step.

We recently booked my Umrah trip through Elite Umrah after watching a positive feedback from a sister on you tube who used their service, we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and with great care. The team was very responsive, answered all our questions promptly, and provided clear guidance throughout the process.

We made our own flight arrangements before contacting them. They took care of our accommodations, visa and taxi from Jeddah to Makkah and Madinah to Jeddah and both Ziyrah. The accommodations were comfortable and close to the Haram, and the overall package was well-organized. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and commitment to making the journey stress-free and spiritually fulfilling.

What truly impressed us was their generosity – they upgraded our stay in Madinah to a 5-star hotel completely free of charge! This thoughtful gesture made our pilgrimage even more comfortable and memorable. Brother Nabeel could not rest until we reached our hotels and he was constantly checking on us throughout up up to the time we recached the airport on the return.

I highly recommend Elite Umrah to anyone planning their journey – they go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

Please anyone using their service, do not be discouraged or confused if you have received your documents as soon as you complete your payments they will do get them to you before you travel especially for those travelling for first time I will recommend you use their service.

Amazing experience. From start to finish. Checked in on us every single day to make sure everything was running smoothly. Approachable, recommended to family and friends, who have already confidently booked. Would use again! Thanks again Nabeel!!

Nabeel Hassan helped throughout he was very useful and kind. Fast replies as well
