Elite Umrah Opiniões

Expert, trustworthy service
I can honestly state that Shair Baz Khan was very professional and timely in his dealings with us while we were booking our Umra package. He made sure we received a reasonably priced bundle and a solid, dependable service.
Definitely a business to work with again.
Highly recommended!

Nabeel Hassan was our travel Consultant. He provided a personalised service. He remained in touch with us and checked on us every step of the way. He was excellent and went above and beyond and even helped us with booking train tickets from Medina to Makkah whilst we were in Medina as we left it too late. This was not his remit. The transfers out there were on point. The taxis arrived on time, they contacted us before the designated trip to introduce the driver.

Nabeel has made our trip very special, individualised and bespoke to our needs. Thankyou Nabeel.

I have previously been on Ummrah with a group and it wasn't as unique as I expected. I would 💯 recommend Elite Ummrah!

We dealt with Faisal whilst booking our umra package I can honestly say he was very professional and prompt in his dealings. He ensured we got a good reliable service and affordable package.
Definetly a company to use again.

I have dealt with Shair Baz Khan and he was very helpful, flexible and professional. Even there was last minute personal problems and I didn't travel with them but they are really recommended

Excellent service they took care of everything

I communicated with Shair Baz Khan from Elite Umrah.
He was very understanding, patient and thoughtful.
After communicating back and forth for two weeks as mine specifications kept changing as more family members joined, he came up with the perfect umrah package tailored to our needs.

Shair kept in contact throughout our booking journey and I would highly recommend him.

I received a package offer faisal from elite umrah fantastic package very good price with everything included flights, hotel transport and zairat. Me and my family had a beautiful journey with this wonderful company and faisal was always there to assist me whatever doubts I had.

We planned our Umrah trip through brother Faisal from Elite Umrah. The visas, flight and hotels were tailored according to our preference. The hotel we got in Madinah was very close to the Masjid and it was very convenient.Brother Faisal
was readily available to answer our queries and communicated with us right through our journey to make sure everything was going well.
Thank you brother Faisal for the well-organised Umrah and your excellent customer service.

Elite Umrah customer service and outstanding support was brilliant. The
flights, hotels, and visas were managed the way i was prefer!"

In the UK: ✅️Mr Huzaifa 👍 was brilliant supportive throughout 10/10
In SAUDI : ❌️Mr Noor Khan 👎(subagent for Elite Umrah ) responsible for booking hotels in Makkah and Madina
In SAUDI:❌️ Mr Bilal 👎(subagent for Elite Umrah)
Responsible for arranging your transport from airports to hotels and Ziyarat
So so bad stressing service

My Umrah package includes
Flight from UK Gatwick - Doha -Jeddah . All went good untill I got to Jeddah we got in touch with Mr 🚫Noor Khan 👎 sent us the taxi driver Number.. what mad us uncomfortable is the fact the taxi ask us if we get stopped by the police to say that he is a family not a taxi service 😵‍💫🫤.. and there was the last time we heard from 🚫THE Mr NOOR KHAN ... NO Ziyarat been arranged in Makkah nor In Madinah
We arrange Ziyarat in our OWN expenses keep in mind we paid for that service before hand
🚫Mr Bilal 👎 way of planning transport was always last minutes.. and always you had to wait and wait and wait regardless to what time it been agreed ...
The most stressful part is on the return journey to Jaddah airport... we were so worried that we may missed our flight Coz of taxi arrangement

Hotels review :
Makkah: we stayed at @Adress Jabal Omar 👍 brand new hotel close to the masjid haram variant breakfast buffet 10/10
Madina: we stayed at @Leader Muna Kareem 10 min walk from masjid Nabawi close to all shops @ben-Dawood 7/10 some time u smell smoking☠️ in the corridor the room deco bit dated and need hood hoovering that STAFF r so friendly the breakfast plenty of good variety of food #buffet

After we arrived to UK we have been contacted by Mr Huzaifa from Elite Umrah,to whom I expressed my overall reviews on the package and the fact we didn't receive all the services we previously pay for (Ziyarat) .
👍 Mr Huzaifa sent me a voucher for free Ziyarat for my Next Umrah ان شاء الله
Which was kind gesture from him #BUT ...

Fantastic service especially Faisal who was good and patient for me

Abdul Qayyum has been incredibly informative and supportive whilst I have planned my journey to Saudi Arabia for Umrah. I changed my mind a number of times and he ran a number of quotes to make the trip work for my particular requirements and budget. I would certainly use him to book alternative trips moving forward.

Faisal is a very genuine and honest person. He helped us look for the best packages for umrah and was always kind and polite. He would always be supportive in answering all our questions and queries. If you are looking for someone who can provide you with a flexible package he is your man.

I am writing with the reference of abdul qayoom
I have great experience of umra with this company.

I recently booked my umrah and Qatar trip with Abdul Qayyoom from elite umrah, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Abdul was super helpful and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. He handled everything from visa to flights, hotels, ground transfers in both countries, and his attention to detail was amazing. He even gave great tips for the trip, which made a big difference. If you're looking for a reliable travel agent who truly cares, I would highly recommend Abdul Qayyoom & elite umrah. Definitely 5 star service!

Huzaifa Saeed's assistance at Elite Umrah was top-notch. Our Umrah package included everything we needed, and the transportation was seamless!
