Return Cost Makes Purchase Not Worthwhile
I felt all the merchandise was great. However, one of the sweaters was to boxy for my build. I wanted to exchange for a different style. They suggested I mail the sweater back and place a new order for the second item. The postage to return the sweater was almost as much as the item cost. Both were over $200.00. I was forced to keep the sweater or accept a large loss.

Unfortunately, as a small UK family business we are not in a position to provide free international returns and therefore our T&Cs say that clients must make their own arrangement. I know, ordering from Elisabeth Rose, that I am in safe hands; not only for purchasing but also for returns. They are most vigilant within returning items and reimbursing which is easy to follow within short periods rather than having to wait for a month.
I like their request for feed back as this is a good and necessary one. This is said as I had two pairs of Jeans, one always fitted like a glove yet…I noticed the jeans I receive this month, same size, same maker, where made elsewhere and fit, size and material were totally unacceptable - such a disappointment as these jeans were always ones for which I sourced!

We appreciate your feedback for the jeans that you ordered, the Brands do have them made in different factories and they do have an allowed tolerance for size fit and sometimes colour, sadly many have had to change where they have things manufactured recently and we apologise that things did not meet your expected standard.
