I had an issue with a faulty strap. This was dealt with incredibly professionally and the whole transaction was smooth and simple.. 5*

I purchased the open flat makeup bag for my daughter as a Christmas present. I had her initials engraved on the side.
The whole thing including delivery cost me £71.
When arrived, I was slightly disappointed. The engraved 3 initials were not straight.
Overall, I just felt the bag is a bit pricey for what it is.

I ordered two pouches that were beautifully crafted and packaged. Unfortunately I paid extra for next day delivery and didn’t get the items until day after my daughter’s birthday. It took over 4 days to get the goods delivered. Hence the three star.
The products delivered are beautiful if it wasn’t for the delivery delay I would have rated it 5 stars.

Purchased bags as gifts. Great choice of designs, exceptional customer care with speedy delivery. Products beautiful, very well made and love the donations to wildlife projects. Will treat myself now!

Edited review: I was bought a bag as a gift and loved it. I did have some issues with understanding how to clean it after some marks appeared. However ES sorted me a replacement after I flagged the issue, for which I am very grateful. Very understanding customer service.

I really like the two makeup bags I bought as birthday presents for my sister and best friend.

Arrived quickly but they were not well packaged. The glue gave way and I assume the post office taped it up. I am glad that they arrived undamaged.

This was my first order from Elizabeth Scarlett. I ordered a gift for my Mum's birthday and when it arrived I was disappointed to see that the shipping bag had split and the contents were almost out! The present was thankfully ok but the gift card was damaged. I contacted customer services to let them know and their customer service was excellent, they sorted the problem immediately and I will definitely recommend them to others. Best of all the products are lovely and my Mum was very happy with her new makeup bag.
