I think these products are hugely overpriced. I ordered a gift box which was absolutely ridiculous when it arrived. It would fit neither gift. One gift too large from the box and the other two small. No advice was offered at the time of ordering. This is something other companies do offer and provide boxes in mind with products.

Great customer service
I had a problem regarding delivery and item getting lost in transit. Customer service team got in touch and replaced item now recieved and my friend is absolutely delighted with her gift

ordering packaging was beautiful the only negative is the colour said deep blue but it came as a teal colour
