Eventually received my items the bracelet has snapped clean in half and the copper ring is now starting to look tarnished and silver colours have sent email to request replacements but so far has no reply I only received then mid July and don’t wear them every day

On the website it says handmade by Ella. My bracelet, although lovely and real copper, had a shipping label from China, addressed to me. This shipping label had another shipping label over it, this was a UK one. I feel this is very misleading.

My friend was after a copper bracelet for her birthday. After seeing other, less attractive designs decided to buy from Ella's Copper.
I was not disappointed... and more importantly, neither was my friend. Absolutely beautiful. Much better than expected. It actually looks like a pretty expensive and unusual piece of jewellery.
A little bit gutted she liked it so much.. I'd like to have kept it for myself!!!... Would definitely return to this seller.

Lovely bracelets but one arrived with a faulty catch. Lots of polite email exchange but never actually replaced the bracelet. Awful customer service and I have lost money, and been left with an unusable product.

This is a Chinese based company, not based in the U.K., hence the fake tracking and inability to confirm where the shipping is coming from. This is a completely fake company, I have investigated due to trusting Trust Pilot reviews, which I’m inclined to disbelieve that all the reviews are genuine, from experience and nearly £40 out of pocket, I have bought items believing them to be 99.9% pure copper, they are not! They are metal with a paint and the magnet test failed and the paint wore off revealing ordinary metal, Ella’s is a complete fabrication ! AI generated with a fake back story. This is all a total con, I find it hard to believe that so many people are believing they have bought pure copper. The sales pitch is very convincing, the items themselves are not

The delivery arrived as expected.

I absolutely love the design … I had the feather adjustable bracelet… put it on as soon as it arrived approx 8 weeks ago and only took it off yesterday as my arm was going black and I could see that what ever the bracelet is coated! with is all peeling off!! def wouldnt say its 100% copper… dont know what it is!! I had such high hopes and now feel completely
deflated….Dont know if it was wishful thinking orc psychological but did seem to feel and sleep better… can someone please explain is it copper or not!!

Love my bracelet, waited roughly 7-10 days for it to be delivered which I knew would take. The quality of it is just as expected looks lovely feels comfortable to wear . Don't know if I am benefiting from it yet worn it every day and night since receiving it only taking it of when in water. I definitely recommend.

Have thought about buying a copper bracelet for years. So glad I found Ella’s copper bracelet. Already had several compliments about how it looks. Early days but sure I will feel benefit grow. Have just ordered a necklace and earrings!
