This company are scammers!
The product sent was not the same as the pictures, it is also not leather, there is no size on the item and the size of the boot is roughly 2 sizes smaller than a size 4 ordered
The company expect me to pay to return the item or offered a 20%refund to keep them, which is of course obsurd.
Please don't buy anything from these people or you will regret it. Buyer beware!!!!!

Deserves a zero, supposed to be leather orthopaedic ankle boots, with cushion soles. Biggest lie ever the only truth is they are ankle . Made of plastic cheap shoddy, and cardboard has more cushion than the soles on these boots. Keep away from these.

If there was an option for zero stars that would be my score. I ordered,what I thought was,(as advertised) a nice pair of leather ankle boots. I waited a long time for delivery. The quality is just rubbish… fake leather. They went straight to the bin as returning them to China would be too expensive.

Bought a pair of “leather” boots, they are Definitely not leather, wouldn’t even wear them in the garden. Nothing like what was advertised on the internet. I am absolutely disgusted

I bought boots in the sale described as leather and orthopaedic. They said they did refunds-only if you pay postage to Asia. The company says they are from London.
They arrived 19/12/2025.
Plastic and in no way orthopaedic. No way I can wear them but don't want to pay postage to china either.

I have contacted Trading Standards because this company is not based in the UK, nothing can be done.
Advised if paid by credit card ask for section 35, charge back.
This Company dispatch from Asia. 11 days on still in transit. Says safe despatch by Royal Mail. Boots not received but I’m not holding my breath that they will be leather. Going to raise a dispute with my card provider.
The boots have arrived and they are not leather. I have contacted them to return under their return policy.
Do not be fooled into buying these.

The boots I ordered were advertised as being leather. They are not leather. The picture clearly shows a different material near the zip. Mine has a pale yellow synthetic lining. The picture looks like purple leather. It does state the interior is synthetic but this section near the zip is clearly different from the picture. The sole is a brown colour. In the picture it is black. The item took 12 days to arrive and came from China. They were screwed up in a package. On the site it states it will be ‘sent’ in 2 days. This presumably means sent from China but it does not say that.
I have since contacted the company. They said I could send the boots back but would have to pay postage. As they came from China it does not seem worth the cost and bother. They said I could alternatively receive a discount on a future purchase. Considering the poor quality I will not bother. I am using them for everyday tasks like washing the car and sweeping up!!! Very disappointed..
