SCAM!!! Ordered white stripes, no information abour subscriptipn and they continue to deduct payment every month. Realozed after 4 paymwnt, cant cancell thw sibscription cause its not available to cancell and you cant logon cause endless error. SCam page, case it's on police.

This company is a total scam: they continuously come up with fake excuses for not sending you the product, hoping you eventually give up. Sometimes it's a fulfilment problem, sometimes it's a our of stock issue.

This is a complete scam of a company.

My order took over a month to arrive, and when it did it was terrible quality and nothing as described.

I contacted the and requested a return and refund, which I am legally entitled to under the consumer act. I was told it was not their fault and they are experiencing issues with the manufacturer which they are investigating. They offered me a 35% refund in the meantime and promised a full refund once they had investigated.

I was not happy with this and continued to demand for a full return and refund, as I am legally entitled…. They continued to say that this was not possible.

I told them to refund me the 35% now and that I still expect a full refund when they’re “investigation” is complete.

Since I confirmed the 35% refund it has been radio silence with me contacting them multiple times.

The lady who I spoke to - “Olive” is extremely unhelpful and clearly only gives standard responses and isn’t listening to what I was saying.

Do not buy anything from here under any circumstance.

Es geht um die withining strips.
Ersten völlig überteuert. Zweitens es bringt überhaupt nichts, weder nach einer Nutzung noch nach 20. Des Weiteren müsst ihr dringend aufpassen. Ich wollte lediglich das Produkt einmal testen, durch den einmal Kauf habe ich direkt ein monatliches Abo abgeschlossen, wovon du nichts mitkriegst. Plötzlich kam bei mir einfach ein weiteres Paket an und mir wird Geld abgebucht. Keine Mail kein garnichts.
Support anschreiben ist auch nicht, da anwortet keiner. Das Geld ist weg für Müll.
Bitte lasst die Finger davon!!!!

I bought their whitestrips once and they immediately charged a monthly subscription and when I asked for a refund and to cancel my shipment (I did it right after they charged me), they refused to refund.
Also their whitestrips don't make much of a difference.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Order took way longer than specified date of granted delivery. Only half the order arrived. I was emailed a promise of a 35% refund. This has not been received and all emails are being ignored. Disgraceful service. Poor quality clothes and a complete lack of customer service.

THIS IS A SCAM when u buy the item ones it Will keep doing the same purches every month and u Will not find a way to cancel the subskription. Becuase the have hid it and u wont know you have accepted the subskription. So Please dont buy anything from this website.
And the withneing strips dont even work.

I made my first order a month ago and I’m yet to receive much of an update, I was told my order had been caught up in fulfillment??

I ordered an item on 30/11/25 which was a Christmas present. I had an email on 22nd Dec saying there was an issue with the courier but to reach out for support. I messaged asking if it would arrive in time for Christmas- no answer!
It arrived after Christmas and I’ve sent numerous messages through the support function on their website asking how to return the item, but I’ve not had a reply. Still waiting to hear from them to sort out my return and refund….

Clothes didnt arrive on time, took 4 weeks to arrive and were way too small, advertised as 16-18 but are more in line with a 12. Trousers too short, more 3/4 length than full length. Disappointing

You send my the wrong items. Kindly

Eigentlich 0 Sterne.
Die Bürste funktioniert gar nicht. Ja, sie heizt sich auf, aber man bekommt damit keine glatte Haare, geschweige Locken.
Ich versuche schon seit Wochen das Geld zurück zu bekommen.

Qualitativ schlecht.
Übler Geruch
Retoure von reduzierter Ware ausgeschlossen. Steht aber nicht in den Rückgaberichtlinien. Diese Bürste ist keine 10€ Wert,

Warnung - ich habe Eloura Berlin 2 Haarbürsten bestellt,
die Bürsten haben einen so abartigen Geruch und ich habe wiederholt um die Retoure-Unterlagen gebeten. So kann ich sie nicht verschenken.
Achtung! Die Firma schließt reduzierte Angebote von der Rückgabe aus.
Ich kann vor dem Anbieter nur warnen, außerdem kostet das gleich Produkt bei Amazon einen Bruchteil.
