Package turned up promptly and well packaged. I was expecting an email to advise it had been dispatched, so I had a rough idea on delivery date, but overall very pleased.

The owner, Sian, was incredibly rude when I tried to return an item. I have never been spoken to so badly in a shop before. Shocking customer service.

Two fabulous sweaters ordered, which arrived really quickly and were exactly as described. Lovely personalised packing note from a member of staff too. I used to shop with you regularly in person when I lived in Sussex, but since I've moved I'm so pleased to see that your online shop has lots of lovely new stock to keep me as a customer. Thank you.

Living north of the border means I am unable to go into the shop. Sian and the girls make it easy for me to pay online (hubby not so pleased 😊).
Lovely, different clothes with a lot of choice. Friday videos make me happy, hubby less so!

Love Elsie and Betts clothing and accessories - and the ladies are always helpful and accommodating and enthusiastic ! I live in Australia and they are happy to send overseas to me - or hold until I am back in Shoreham - cannot fault this shop and their fashion choices !
