Four star because shipping took about 8 days which I felt a bit slow. The product itself is great been using it every night for two weeks and already seeing a difference in my skin. Would buy again just hope shipping improves.

Ordered the collagen mask, arrived in perfect condition. Three weeks in skin texture is noticeably smoother which I am happy about. Fine lines haven't changed much yet but it's early. Giving it another month. Good purchase so far

Item never delivered. Purchase was made in mid March and it never arrived. When I use their website for tracking, it says order not found when using the order number they provided. I would not rust this company and do not recommend purchasing from them.

I ordered the LED face therapy mask from Eluraskin, when inputting my details, I accidentally filled in my mobile number incorrectly, with one of the digits being incorrect.
From my very first email to them advising of this error and asking for help with updating my details, the customer service has been outstanding. Amal was so helpful, reassuring, kind and knowledgeable, always responding promptly and answering all the questions I had. I am super happy with the customer service experience.
