A Cautionary Account of Our Funding Experience with McClain Bell, Elysium Private Equity Firm, and Associated Parties

★☆☆☆☆ – Our Experience with McClain Bell, Momentum Financial Group, and Associated Parties

We are sharing this review to describe our personal experience and to encourage others to conduct extensive due diligence before committing substantial funds to any financing program.

In early 2025, we were introduced by Donna Hinkle to McClain Bell and entities associated with him, including Elysium Private Equity Firm, Elite Holdings & Acquisitions LLC, and Elite Universal Solutions. We were also introduced to individuals connected to the proposed funding structure, including Redell V. Napper Jr. of Momentum Financial Group, Reynaldo Uballe of CLS Lending, James Marshall of Marshall Strategies LLC, and others.

Based on the representations made to us, we were told that by providing a 5% contribution, a $25 million trust account would be established in our company's name through Momentum Financial Group. We were further informed that this trust account would support a line of credit three times its value, resulting in a $75 million funding facility for our projects.

Relying on these representations and the endorsements we received, we proceeded with the transaction and ultimately wired a total of $1,080,000.

Our experience did not unfold as represented.

The promised funding facility never materialized. We did not receive a usable trust account, line of credit, or the financing structure that had been described to us. Months passed with repeated explanations, revised timelines, and assurances that funding was forthcoming, but the expected results never occurred.

As a consequence, we were left carrying substantial financial obligations, including debt and ongoing interest expenses associated with the funds we committed. The situation also caused significant emotional stress for our family.

In December 2025, after a lengthy period without results, McClain Bell contacted us again and indicated that funding could now be arranged. Although we had serious reservations based on our previous experience, we chose to give the process another opportunity. At his request, we removed a previously posted negative review in good faith.

We were subsequently introduced to a lender in the United Kingdom and entered into a new agreement. However, funding once again failed to materialize. From our perspective, this reinforced the concerns we had already developed based on the earlier events.

Based solely on our experience, we found a recurring pattern of promised funding, delays, explanations, and ultimately no successful completion of the financing that had been represented to us.

We are not making legal conclusions regarding any individual or company. Determinations regarding legal responsibility belong to the appropriate authorities. However, we believe it is important for others to understand the outcome of our experience before making financial commitments.

If you are considering doing business with McClain Bell, Elysium Private Equity Firm, Elite Holdings & Acquisitions LLC, Elite Universal Solutions, Momentum Financial Group, Redell V. Napper Jr., Reynaldo Uballe, CLS Lending, James Marshall, Marshall Strategies LLC, Donna Hinkle, or others associated with this funding structure, we strongly encourage you to:

• Conduct independent due diligence.
• Verify all funding claims independently.
• Consult qualified legal and financial professionals.
• Carefully review all contracts and supporting documentation.
• Never rely solely on introductions, assurances, presentations, or projected funding scenarios.

Our experience resulted in substantial financial loss, ongoing hardship, and significant emotional distress. We sincerely hope that no other family or business owner experiences what we have gone through.

McClain Bell is a CON ARTIST & his company Elysium Private Equity Firm/Elite Universal Solutions/Elite Holdings & Acquisitions LLC are the biggest FRAUD of the century. Stay AWAY!!!

Elysium Private Equity Firm or Elite Holdings & Acquisitions LLC or Elite Universal Solutions, owned by McClain Bell who is a serious con man, has caused me one of the most devastating financial losses of my life.

I was introduced to McClain through Edwin Thomas & Donna Hinkle in the beginning of 2025 at OFN National Escrow Services LLC, who strongly vouched for him and his program.

Relying on their assurances, I wired a total of $1,080,000 for a funding structure that was clearly described and repeatedly confirmed to me.

According to what McClain and his materials represented, the program worked as follows:

I would provide 5% down,

A $25M trust account would be opened in my company’s name through Momentum Financial Group owned by Redell Vincent Napper Jr., that trust would then support a 3x line of credit, resulting in a $75M funding facility for my projects. This structure was the only reason I agreed to move forward and risk such a large amount of capital.

However, in my case:

The promised funding never materialized.

I did not receive a usable trust account, line of credit, or any of the financing that was described.

I have not been refunded my principal.

Months later, I am left with massive debt that I took to pay these nexus, ongoing interest payments, emotional distress for my family, and no funding; only excuses, delays, and silence from the people who were very eager to take the money at the beginning.

Because of how this unfolded, I have reported my experience and concerns regarding McClain Bell, Elysium Private Equity Firm, OFN National Escrow Services LLC / Donna, and Vincent Napper Jr. with Momentum Financial Group website to the law-enforcement agencies. They can review the documents, emails, contracts, and wire confirmations and decide what laws may have been violated.

I am sharing this so that anyone considering sending money to these parties understands what happened to me:

Do not rely only on their promises, websites, or smooth explanations.

Perform exhaustive due diligence and get independent legal counsel before wiring even a single dollar.

The concerning part is that this individual McClain Bell with Elysium Private Equity Firm reappeared in December 2025, claiming he was now able to arrange funding. At that point, both my wife and I strongly suspected fraudulent intent; however, we chose to give him the benefit of the doubt. He requested that we remove our negative review from trustpilots, which we did in good faith.

He then introduced us to a lender based in UK, and we proceeded to sign an agreement. However, when it came time to fund, he once again failed to deliver. This pattern suggests a consistent inability to follow through, driven by misrepresentation and a reliance on delays.
It has become clear that he tends to buy time, have no money left and, at the final stage, withdraws without fulfilling his commitments.

If you are thinking of working with Elysium Private Equity Firm, McClain Bell, Redell Vincent Napper Jr. with Momentum Financial Group, James Marshall with Marshall Strategies LLC, Reynaldo Uballe with CLS Lending, Donna Hinkle with OFN National Escrow Services LLC or anyone connected to this structure and want to know more about my experience, you are welcome to reach out to me.

I would not wish this ordeal on anyone. Please be extremely cautious with your hard-earned money. They are very bad people.
