I’ve been a loyal customer since this year, and I absolutely love shopping with them. The platform is so easy to use and you can choose exactly the material, design, and style you want, and I really enjoy saving items and coming back to buy them later :D Everything I’ve ordered has always arrived on time, and I’ve never had any real issues. I only return things very rarely, and usually only if the size wasn’t quite right and then I simply reorder the same item in a better size. I did experience one mistake once, where I received the wrong item, but that’s the only problem I’ve ever had. Returns have always been extremely easy, and when I did return something, I got my money back right away. I buy clothes for myself and everything has always been great. I will definitely continue being a Elyssi customer and they are reliable, easy to shop with, and always deliver good service :D

I've had great experiences with Elyssi, with on-time and hassle-free deliveries. Everything has always been very correct and fast. But the customer service is always put to the test when a problem occurs. In one of my recent orders, everything that could go wrong did go wrong. Problems always happen, but the most important thing is how they are handled and resolved. I was assisted by Emily, who was patient and treated me with great courtesy, even when I didn't deserve it, as I really got upset from so much frustration. I hope this message reaches her.

I had an email from the carrier saying ‘my parcel was damaged in transit and cannot be delivered’ which was frustrating! I had paid for part of this using a gift card I had received - I emailed the customer service who overnight refunded the part I paid and also gave me credit on an e gift card to re order the shoes I had bought! I had a really good experience

Items which were considerably cheaper than anywhere else online, were ordered on a Friday with delivery times being up to 6 working days..... Arrived the next week and were perfect....... kept informed throughout delivery process and would definitely use this Elyssi again.

I don't usually buy clothing online, but this jumpsuit of Elyssi fits surprisingly well. The cut is incredibly flattering, the material doesn't feel cheap at all, and it looks exactly like the photos. Delivery was smooth, although bit longer then expected, arrived carefully folded, and customer service was very helpful when I asked about sizing.
