So much valuable information I got from Ellen! Just started hosting on Airbnb and Ellen is an expert in long term contractors accommodation which I am looking to do as well. Would definitely recommend her!
Great for contractor bookings.. Ellen offered to overhaul my airbnb listing to attract longer stays and contractors for one of my properties.
Within 2 days, I got a 5 day stay worth £1200 and the next week another contractor stay worth £1000 and now just about to secure a 6 week stay work £210 per night..
Really took the pain out of SA management for us meaning more profit
