Amazing customer service
I have been shopping from Emanuele Bicocchi for almost 9 years, every-time i needed something resized they took care of me with the outmost care and attention.
Even resized some bracelets i had purchased sometime a go that were too big on me and they came back better than i could have expected in a short amount of turn around time.
Currently sent a rose ring back that’s just slightly too big to be adjusted as well and again they took care of
Me right away!
It’s really worth mentioning how unique and different the designs are with good weight on all the pieces I’ve purchased.
Their jewelry is often the highlight of my outfit no matter what els I’m pairing them with

The bracelet I ordered was perfectly sized and very beautiful. Emanuele jewelry designs are superb and my bracelet is very high quality and well made. Also, I needed very fast shipping and EB accommodated the request. I will order again!

Not accepting returns
I sent an email to get a recommendation on a size to order, when I ordered and tried it out it turned out too small so I sent them an email requesting to return it. They have a 30 day return policy but they will not return emails to the point where I cannot return because it's outside of the 30 days.

You placed your order on March 18, and it was delivered on March 21. From that date, our return and exchange policy allows 14 days to initiate a return or request an exchange. This policy is clearly stated in both our Terms & Conditions and the "How to Return" section on our website. As with all e-commerce platforms, placing an order implies acceptance of the brand's terms.
You contacted us by email on March 25, and we replied promptly on March 26, providing the necessary instructions to return the bracelet. However, you proceeded only on April 11, well beyond the 14-day window. The instructions with the links to the above mentioned sections we shared clearly outlined that returns must be made within this timeframe, and for this reason, the system automatically blocked your return request.
That said, customer satisfaction is very important to EB. If you are willing to remove the negative review, which unfortunately contains incorrect information, we would be happy to continue this conversation privately via email and find a solution together. As this is also your first order with us, we’d be glad to make an exception and support you as best we can.
There's a lot positive to say about EB
There's a lot positive to say about EB. Their quality of products is really fair: solid sterling silver with great attention to detail matched with an 18 month warranty and reasonable prices (especially in the sale on their website or SSense).
My multiple orders have arrived really quickly from Italy to the UK in nice packaging and DHL tracking.
However, what was particularly impressive is the after-sales care for their products.
One time I took my necklace out of my pouch and saw a link was broken. I contacted EB with pictures and they confirmed I was still within my 18 month warranty and informed I can send my item to be repaired for free. Since I was doing this, I also had a bracelet from them but not bought on their website that was broken. I was informed I can send that too for a comprehensive restorative repair for £60 - very reasonable!
My two items came back better than I could have expected or asked for - extra complimentary work was obvious to have been done.
As such, I highly recommend EB. Their products are good quality (i.e. not brass or silver plated), at a good price, with great aftersales.
The lady who dealt with my query was Veronica and she personally oversaw this from start to finish and answered all my questions.

Coolest Gift Ever!
My daughters bought me an antique silver bracelet for my birthday last year. Coolest gift ever. I needed to have some warranty work on the bracelet. The service that I received from EB was exceptional. They honoured their warranty and expedited the return of the bracelet. The staff at EB were very professional to deal with. No nonsense. A quality that is unfortunately lacking with most businesses today. A few weeks ago, I purchased a second bracelet from EB. Amazing!
