I ordered 3 samples. They were 100% free, including the postage. The delivery was fast and they kept me up to date from the start of my order until delivery which I thought was amazing. The products sent have enabled us to choose the product and colour we want before we order new flooring for our whole house.

We thought the value for money and the service we received from Embleton was outstanding. Special thanks to Hamish in the Perth warehouse and Stephanie - they were so pleasant, helpful and went above and beyond to help on a number of occasions. We love the flooring we purchased and got it at a good price. Not everything with the laying went to plan but Embleton were there to help when we ran into difficulties.

Great to receive free samples. Unfortunately I realised the sample I would like to use across my house is for a product not available in Western Australia so that’s hugely disappointing! Suggest don’t ship samples if product unavailable in location. Thank you

Great customer service
There was an issue with the delivery due to the courier, which was outside Embelton Flooring's control. However, Embelton have been extremely helpful and assisted in resolving the issue quickly and professionally.
I haven't installed the flooring yet, but I'll update this review once the installation is complete.
Throughout the process, communication from Embelton was excellent, and I was very happy with the level of customer service
