I am very impressed with Megan from Customer Support. I got in touch when my parcel didn't arrive and Megan responded very quickly and assured me that a replacement would be sent if the parcel didn't appear within the next 48 hours. Fortunately, it did. The parcel had been sent by 1st class mail and should have been delivered much sooner.
