Mocking a mother in pain after treatment
I note customers do not have the ability to review your company on google or any other platform you do not control. As a result we have had to go to trust pilot to make a public post.
Following your recent social media posts mocking my wife, I believe it is only fair that the truth is shared in a space you do not control and therefore cannot censor.
My wife is a 40-year-old mother of two young boys, conceived after multiple gruelling rounds of IVF. She lives with severe endometriosis and endures chronic pain every day. The strength and resilience she shows raising our children while managing this condition is nothing short of extraordinary.
She came to you seeking support. After your first consultation, she spoke incredibly highly of you and genuinely believed your treatment could offer her relief. Unfortunately, the protocol you sold her provided no lasting benefit. Still, despite being disappointed and in ongoing pain, and against my better judgement, she returned to you, hopeful that you might help.
To date, we have spent $540 on treatments you assured her would work. Not only has there been no improvement, but when she reached out again, politely and respectfully, you responded by blocking her and publicly ridiculing her on social media. I have screenshots of the full conversation, not just the selective snippets you posted alongside snide commentary like, “a shot of lemon keeps the haters away.”
That is not just unprofessional, it is disgraceful. To mock a woman who came to you in good faith, while she continues to suffer, is appalling. I feel for any future client who might find themselves in a similar situation.
At the end of the day, she is still in significant daily pain, we are seriously out of pocket, and now she has to witness you dancing online and making light of her experience. You should reflect on how it is possible to treat another human being, someone in genuine distress, with such a lack of empathy.
I have no desire to post private email exchanges, but I will if you continue this absurd and harmful public behaviour. Those emails clearly show that my wife’s communication was measured, respectful, and entirely appropriate.
You took our money, delivered no results, and have now humiliated her publicly. You should be ashamed. Let this serve as a warning to others seeking genuine care and compassion.
