Still fighting to get my refund, having to go through my banks dispute procedure as this company are just ignoring my requests for a refund. Avoid at all costs, disgraceful company to deal with

What a poor company, never should be trading. Faulty goods and can't get an answer and don't reply to emails.
Fraudsters. Stay well away!

Complete fraudsters. Send out faulty goods with no response by email and phone number permanently engaged. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered items which were shown as despatch within 3 working days. After 7 days I contacted the company to get an update but go no response. I raised a complaint with PayPal and subsequently got part of the order shipped but no indication of when the remaining items would ship. Again no response from the company. Emailed both esupplies medical shown on the order and William's medical (shown on invoice and paypal). Terrible customer support and cannot be trusted.

I ordered one single item back in November, it is now nearly February. On the phone they couldn't help and told me they would look into it and email me an update- no response. No responses by email. This is ridiculous. They should not take payment for products they do not have in stock.

Ordered some vision charts which website confirmed would be delivered within 5 working days. Waited 2 weeks with no delivery so contacted them to check on status as needed them for a client job starting next week. Was told someone would contact me/send e mail to update me later that day. 3 days later no communication. Ring again and am told the items are on back order due for delivery in another 3 weeks time. Totally let me down and now little/no time to source alternative. No apology from customer service or acknowledgement that they should have confirmed out of stock when I placed order and that there would be a delay in delivery. Do NOT touch this company if you need your items to be delivered!

Ordered vacutainers from here mid January, the item was shown as in stock. The item never arrived and as of 13th feb they still can not give me an update on when I’ll receive my item.
Asked for a refund which will take another 7 days to process.
The item should’ve took 2 days to deliver.
This has not only cost me money but lost me business too. I’ll never use this company again and advise others to do so with caution!
Customer service team were really lovely though, really helpful & understanding.

I've placed an order in early April 2022 and got a receipt through email. The item hasn't still arrived and received 0 response to my inquiry email. Avoid by all costs!

As with many reviews on here. I have also had extremely bad service from this company. My order never arrived, they never replied to my emails, they do answer the phone and are pleasant and say they will sort out the problem but never do. I asked for a refund and received a credit note, minus the delivery charge which meant another phone call from me. I'm still waiting for the full refund.

Super quick delivery. I emailed to ask if they could do a quicker than standard delivery and they emailed back almost straight away to say it had already been dispatched and it arrived the following day. Many thanks.

Placed and paid for an order 17th May 2021, invoice states order despatched 18th May. Need the PPE items urgently and paid £5.50 for carriage. After a few weeks I contacted them to ask where my order was. Days of being told someone would contact me and no one did. In the end I requested a refund as I had to purchase these items elsewhere. They then blamed it on the courier and a problem with my address (which is the same one I supplied and which they have on my invoice), they are now refusing me a refund completely as they say the issue is with the courier. Over three weeks have passed and this horrible company expect me to wait indefinitely for my order. They fail to understand I purchased off them, not the courier and therefore if they’re having issues with their courier, it is their issue and not mine. Please avoid. Absolute con artists. They are now just completely ignoring my emails. Next step is trading standards.

Recently I have ordered a blood pressure monitor 3 weeks gone still I am to be delivered this company is care less I won’t recommend any body buy any thing from them they are care less

This would be 5 stars if it arrived on time. As I was told it would be Wednesday or Thursday. No emails were replied too and I thought I was scammed. But it eventually arrived on Saturday. Happy with it.

This should be a 'Zero' rating, but '1' is the minimum allowed. DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT WELSH COMPANY, Williams Medical Supplies Ltd appears to be set up just to fleece other company users. The 4 print cartridges never arrived, and of course they don't reply to emails probably because they don't want anything in writing. Their 'business' phone number (01685 846666) is in the home of Kath or Jasmin (complete with baby crying in her arms) who say they'll phone you straight back, but don't. Standard answer ... their suppliers can't fulfil the orders so they'll refund immediately, but don't hold your breath!!

I am a Doctor and ordered some simple dressings on 8/06/20 No goods no reply to emails 4 phone calls later I was told 1 no trace, 2 perhaps there was ,"I will put you on hold whist I get the web team" 3 I heard her say that "I will keep him waiting for a few minutes and then tell him we will deliver urgently"4 Would you trust this shower! I have complained to Trading Standards. ps another supplier sent the dressings over the weekend

I ordered 1 Hand Sanitiser, 4 Hand wash and 3 Dettol on March 14th. Last week (April 8th) I received only the hand sanitiser. I had been asking for my refund and no one is replying me! Very unprofessional company!!!
Don't buy from this company!!!!! You will never hear back from them!

Appalling customer service!

I ordered 2x respironics nebuliser kit for my mothers nebuliser on the 28th of February as she has a chronic lung disease and needs a replacement. . After 2 weeks of not receiving anything i sent them an email. After a week of having no reply i emailed them again to receive a reply a few days later saying that i have a cash account and must pay before they send the items..... .The thing is i did pay via debit card.... so i rang them..... they confirmed the payment had gone through fine. I asked why then is the order taking so long and they made some cock & bull story saying the order was made on the 12th march.... i have proof i made the order on the 28th Feb and payed instantly. The Welsh woman on the other end of the phone was no help at all with a snotty attitude. I asked that they refund me my money and i'll purchase the items elsewhere.
