They had the vehicle in I wanted to buy and when we booked an appointment for a test drive it was all positive from purchasing to handover. Alex the sales tech went above and beyond along with some of the other Team members. All queries were dealt with positively.
I would recommend this dealership and I would go back as and when I need to replace a vehicle.

Excellent service from start to finish
From the moment we turned up unannounced to enquire about a car we'd seen on the EMG website to the moment we drove it off the forecourt a week later, we were looked after so well by Alfie, Harry and the entire team. All we did was report advisories on your MOT that we observed, these observations were carefully explained to you, and the observations were to be expected in line with the age and mileage of your vehicle. We did not supply this vehicle to you and had no reason to lie, and categorically did not do so.

Mazda 6
I was lied to when buying a car, just like many people here. They are scammers. I bought my Mazda 6, which the seller promised was in perfect mechanical and bodywork condition. Three days after the purchase, rain washed the paint off. They initially told me to repair it at their own expense, but when I gave them a quote of £2,800, they said they would do it at their own expense. It turned out the car had been completely repainted, and there was over 2mm of filler on the structural elements (the sill). When I called, they hung up. I haven't heard anything concrete back in 10 days; they keep brushing me off. I went to them to have it looked at and still haven't heard anything concrete. When I called, I was told someone would call back, but they never did. They're busy scamming people. When you buy a car from them, they make it seem like you're buying a perfect car with no flaws, but you're buying a piece of junk. When you go to buy a car from them, get a paint sensor, and if you have any doubts, hold off on buying. I hope someone will take my advice because if I had known what I found out after 3 days, I would never have bought this crap.

Great experience from start to finish
Great experience from start to finish. We travelled from outside Cambridge with our kids, and everything was well prepared for our visit, which made the day much easier for us as a family.
Thank you to Youssif for looking after us. We really appreciated being able to have separate test drives so both my partner and I could properly try the car while the kids waited.

**Update**
Changed my review to 5 stars after receiving exemplary customer service. They've gone above and beyond to fix my problem, apologise for the initial confusion and service, and to make sure I was happy. I said I would come back and amend the review if they followed through on their offer and they absolutely have.
I had initially written a 1 star review based on my experience. To cut a long story short, I received my car back from them with a fault it didn't previously have and was told I would be charged extra to then have it investigated. It was a really poor experience and not one that reflects my usual experience with EMG.
I later received a call from the after sales manager, Matt, who was very apologetic and was looking to make things right. He offered to come and collect the car from home to help me out, so I wouldn't have to travel and could keep working from home. They took it in, diagnosed and fixed the issue and waived any costs involved. In Matt's own words they'd "much rather pay the costs themselves if it means keeping a customer happy". They also valeted the car inside and out, simply as a courtesy - that was a very much appreciated extra.
I've been a customer for a long time with EMG and I must say that my initial treatment seemed very out of character for them. The extent they've gone to to try and resolve the issue (and then make up for it further) is very impressive. Thank you, Matt in particular, for all of your effort. I really couldn't ask for any more and can see how much trouble you've gone to to make this right. I now have a sparkling clean, fully working car and am very happy.
Yes, I will definitely be back now as a returning customer.

I had my last car for over 10 years so was very anxious purchasing a new car as it's a big investment for me. But by January 2026, I eventually found the right car at EMG Huntingdon.
