Appalling! Do not buy anything. I bought a jumper and tried to return it . Emailed repeatedly but got no reply . Then the link to the website stopped working. Just left with no support
Do not purchase anything from this company. The telephone number on their website takes you to a betting shop in Manchester, the lady said they have had a number of calls about Emily/Emma Boutique. I have foolishly purchased some dungarees assuming they were being sent from Manchester via Royal mail. 1 week later no dungarees shipping updates or replies to emails. Warehouse is located in China in the T's & C's which I had not read given that the address was Manchester, item shipped Royal mail. Ordered number is not recognised via their order update link on their website either. They may well turn up in a month's time, who knows but I have no doubt wasted £75. Avoid this website.
I came across this lovely site with what look like beautiful clothes and a story about 2 sisters starting a business 26 years ago. I looked for the address, it’s in Manchester. And they ship via Royal Mail - plus and ‘today’ (!) shipping is free! Then I checked the Returns Policy T&C. You must return unused, in original packing (although next sentence says items requiring more hygiene need to be cleaned… that wouldn’t be unused would it?). Next paragraph tells you items that CANNOT be returned for hygiene reason. Makes sense…. but confusing - not sure what the “must be cleaned ‘ is about - unless it’s a Condition they can quote when they refuse a refund? However, my warning is about the actual return address …. you must send your item to China. The website makes it look like you are dealing with a store (and a boutique sounds even better) based
In Manchester. And you won’t see any reference to China unless you read through the long T&C in Returns Policy….. I wonder how nice those dresses really are ….
