I have always wanted a healthy lifestyle program that worked for ME. I tried eating healthily and worked out regularly but couldn't understand why I wasn't seeing results. Feeling disappointed about working so hard without seeing the benefits, I contacted Eminence. It has been such a tough but rewarding 3 and half months! Not only have I lost 6kgs but I've learnt so much about nutrition, supplements and training. Best of all is that it's tailored to suit me! The transformation is so much more than physical and the coaches are hands on and always invested which keeps me motivated. So glad I made this investment to become a stronger, better version of myself.

I've been on the program for almost a month and I've noticed positive changes in my body. It requires a lot of self-discipline, but the program provides incredible support with daily calls and motivation. Prioritizing myself has been so rewarding.

I needed a bit of control over my health and needed to lose about 6 kgs FOR MYSELF. Life is so busy as it is so could not afford the time to prepare a different meal every day ... this team understands that and made it sinple for a mom of 3 to follow and stick by. I can eat the same food for a whole week to keep things as simple as possible and this programs encourages that and when you in the mood for a change then you choose the next meal on your plan. It is very interchangable and the team have been there every step of the way on calls and whatsapp. It has helped me be more accountable too. Loved that
