Thanks to these reviews I have halted my application from this patronising company. Strange how every reply is of we don't know you, not in our system. So, what are they doing with our details provided?

Hi Tommy,
We're currently investigating a case of impersonation fraud involving another company. We've received reports of cold calling and other suspicious activity.
I've already requested additional information through private channels, but if you're able to share the URL you were directed to, it would greatly assist with our investigation.
Many thanks
Unhelpful
Took a number of personal details and in each registration they advised they could not help.

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're really sorry to hear about your experience.
While not all vehicles currently meet the criteria for inclusion—even if they’ve experienced issues—we understand how frustrating this must be. We're continuously reviewing eligibility and expanding criteria as new information becomes available, so there's a possibility your vehicle may qualify in the future.
If you'd like us to take another look, feel free to get in touch with our support team directly.
Kind regards
Wow this is straight forward
The first stage seems exceptionally easy.
All that I have had to do is provide some very basic information online.
