Purchased as a gift. First quality item but sadly has a noticable flaw that has been glazed over. Red rim also not consistent. Visable when holding mug in some areas but not in others. Couple of other faults also. For the cost i also thought it would come individually boxed.

Faulty. Part of the inner rim of the mug is unglazed. I want to return at EB’s expense, but no joy. Poor customer service.
