The order process was seamless and everything arrived in good shape.

Really like it, everything went smooth and easy

I ordered a blouse from Emmajane Studios. They either sent the wrong size, or their sizing is completely off, because the "long, flowing sleeves" they advertised only reached to right past my elbow. There are no tags inside to verify the size. I complained immediately asking for a return voucher and complete refund. They first replied offering 20% back, then later 30% back and finally 50% back but I had to pay for return shipping to China. It states clearly in their return policy that I shouldn't have to pay for shipping back if it is due to their error or defective product. Do not order from this company. Their online promise of "hassle-free returns" is a joke.

Everything stayed clear from payment through confirmation, and no extra conditions suddenly showed up afterward. That matters to me because I make quick decisions and hate having to backtrack. It felt straightforward, which kept the purchase from turning into one of those annoying “wait, what?” moments. Still, I read carefully.

I wish I could leave a minus review. I ordered a trenchcoat on sale for 6995. It took forever to get here and when it got here it did not fit even though I ordered my normal size. I sent an email immediately to customer service and waited at least three days for the first response. They gave me some runaround about how it would be easier for them to offer me a deal then it would be to return the coat because I guess they’re overseas. So they offered me to keep the coat and they would give me credit so that I could purchase the right size. I emailed them back and told them that was how I understood the offer to go and they said I was absolutely right. So I took the offer of course and about three more days later they sent me the return code. But it turns out that rather than giving me 6995, they gave me 4995. Then I had to add another $20 on the order to get the coat. So really I was paying almost $100 for a coat that doesn’t fit. I emailed them again and said that was not gonna work and it’s been days and I haven’t heard from them once again. I would never ever ever purchase another thing from this company and please save yourself the hassle.
