Awful quality. Wish I had looked on here before purchasing. Such a scam.

Would really like to put no stars!!!

Ordered a “beautiful” dress, checked website out before, reviews were all good, however the dress I received was nothing like the one advertised.
I have had communication with the company, they keep making me “offers” to keep the dress and receive money off my next purchase…..
I have repeatedly turned down the offers, just asking for a refund?!
I have reported the company to Facebook, and trading standards for false advertising and miss selling.
The latest email offered me a partial refund 30% and to keep the dress!
Shipping charges to return the dress are more than I paid for the dress.
My advise is avoid this company!
Lesson learnt!

SCAM. I ordered the Elena midi satin dress with sweater included. They have model wearing the outfit. I received a badly made cheap dress and the cheapest t shirt top. Not even a sweater? .. It is so awful I am actually angry and that takes a lot! I Asked for refund,response was for me to pay another 5-10 euros and something else to be sent. I have asked for a full refund again….. still awaiting a response….Do not order. Same dress is advertised on several websites which all lead back to china. So bad!,

They’re lucky to get one star!! Thought I was ordering a beautiful summer dress but definitely not the case! The material looked soft and flowing but it’s absolutely dreadful and the quality of the needlework is also dreadful!
The company has been in touch but won’t refund my money and now they’re completely ignoring me!!
Took nearly four weeks to arrive but another expensive lesson ordering from these companies!

Do not order from this site. Firstly, they pretend to be in London but they are actually in China. I order a leather bag but when it arrived it was synthetic/plastic and cheap and nasty. Also the shoes I purchased were not the style I ordered. I emailed immediately to complain. They replied with the following
‘I would really like the opportunity to make this right for you. I would be happy to arrange brand new replacement items in improved and better quality, and I would only kindly ask for a small shipping contribution of €5-€10’
I have responded saying that I was not prepared to spend more money and I do not believe the replacements will match the advertised products. I have asked to return the items and requested a refund. Sadly I don’t believe they will do this but i hope to be proved wrong.

AVOID AVOID AVOID - don’t buy from this site. Not as pictures , cheap , awful quality and they won’t accept returns - offer you money off to keep it but they don’t refund anything I spent £30 and haven’t received a penny back after 2 months. They have stopped replying to my emails - scam shop that should be taken off internet.

From the Instagram site with two people looking like Emma and John in a store in London and the lovely marketing it’s easy to be fooled and you will be hooked to order as was I. On the positive the item arrived and the communication on tracking was ok. However, what arrived was a cheap and tacky. Probably cost 50 pence to make. It’s an on line shop from China. Don’t do it.

Do Not Be Tempted. Don’t do it. The rubbish they sent me was totally wrong. Material sub standard, wrong sizing, 7 emails to customer service I was offered a token refund not all the money back. The photos look great the reality is not.

Ordered a bag weeks ago and still has not arrived. I have emailed twice to enquire and been sent an email saying it is on the way but nothing. I believe this is a scam company. I’ve asked for a refund but I’ve just received an email saying the bag has been dispatched and should be with me in 7-10 days. Avoid at all costs.

WHAT YOU ORDER IS NOT WHAT YOU GET.. ITS CHEAP CRAP FROM CHINA NOTHING LIKE THE ITEM YOU IRDER AND THE SIZING IS WAY OFF.WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN IT THEY DONT WANT TO KNOW.

Cheap unsafe fabric. I wouldn’t wear as fabric is the worst I’ve have purchased.
Return costs to China can be up to £40 for a £30 dress.
Not worth ordering from.

They email to say they don't have the product after I ordered it 8th April 2026.
On the 16th they offered me to choose a similar item I said no, I'd like a refund.

Still no refund today 28th April 2026
All they do is say "

Got an email saying, item now back in stock and sending to me!!!!!
...and, STILL I wait...

UPDATE May 14th
Still no item. Still no refund.
Heard NOTHING FROM THEM. TERRIBLE COMPANY

No item. No refund. Not even answering my emails now.

This is a China company. Website leads you to believe it is a little boutique in London. My huge mistake not researching properly before ordering . Only customer service is an email which they take days to reply too, then fob you off.
I tried to cancel my order literally minutes after ordering - they replied days later saying it had already been processed and couldn’t stop it.
They then went into say I could return it when it arrives but at my full cost - to China!

Still not had the item even though the original order was days ago and only just had a processed order email through. ( so clearly hadn’t already processed it as claimed) item still not arrived.
Avoid at all costs.
