SCAM SCAM SCAM!
SCAM SCAM SCAM!
- The website is so dysfunctional on both desktop and mobile and not user friendly at all, looks like an IT student created it from the 90s. Red flag no.1
- Reading reviews you can clearly acknowledge that the 'gifts' are either not available or not as advertised.
- I emailed them to remove my account details because ever since signing up to them the AMOUNT of spam emails and phishing attempts that are now appearing in my junk folder is ridiculous, so they must be selling data. It's an email address I rarely use so it's extremely suspicious.
- I tried to log in to try the above myself, and it doesn't recognise my password, and then when updating my password my account keeps locking out.
Honestly just terrible all round - who on earth is running it...
Promoting unsafe car seat practice to unsuspecting new parents
A facebook post recently promoted a review showing a baby incorrectly strapped into a car seat. Baby had too many layers on for a safe fit, straps were twisted and off the shoulders, and pads were incorrectly placed (apparently to show branding - this is more important promoting partnered brands than advocating car safety?). The seat promoted also only has the minimum testing and there are far superior and safer seats available. Multiple comments pointed this out but comments were being deleted as fast as they appeared. Appalling considering it is targeting new parents who may not know better.
Dog food vouchers, 2 panty liners & 3 tablets
Signed up using private info about pregnancy to be marketed at and then drove to find a store to pick up a bag with 3 vitamin tablets, 2 panty liners and some vouchers for DOG FOOD.

Highly recommend I was skeptical when I printed out my voucher to collect free gift bags however pleasantly surprised nice lil freebies grab them while you can mums to be
I do wish I had read the reviews first
I do wish I had read the reviews first. Emma’s diary was recommended to me by a mother who has her last child six years ago, maybe the company’s offering was better at that time. I subscribed and was happy to sign up with Pampers since I expect to be using a lot of their products in the coming months. Not one nappy sample provided, so I am unsure of what freebies were on offer. The packs are unavailable at boots and when I asked when they will become available boots staff said they did not know. It seems like you sign up to this company in good faith, and I am not expecting heaps of free things and I am willing to pay for items but not under the guise of them being free and this being something that is productive for expectant and new mums. I emailed and asked to be unsubscribed and I am told this has been actioned. Sadly my details have been shared and I am being inundated with junk main. Instead of wasting time and effort with companies like this, I am just asking mums what products they used and found helpful rather than waiting for non existent free samples from companies like this one.
Thank you for revealing the secret
Thank you for revealing the secret. If you or your partners are sending your promotional leaflets and materials, you should pack them in a discreet envelope! I am extremely upset!
I received a letter branded with "The Baby and Toddler Show" on it. We were keeping it a secret, and now everyone knows because of you!
Not worth signing up
Expensive products, reduced freebies, not worth the sign up or community.
Baby packs reduced to 2 sample bags - contains contraception, vouchers, dog food, life insurance marketing. Irrelevant.
Sales and offers reduce expensive branded products down to middle-class living prices.
If something looks like it could be free, it isn't.
Better to pay for delivery for baby parcels, offers and samples from competitors.
Don't bother with the Emma's Diary packs
Don't bother with the Emma's Diary packs. The quality of them now is shocking. You used to get nappies, wipes, cleaning stuff etc where today I got a pad and a condom (which in my opinion was a little too late)
I think unless Emma's diary can put proper items in the bags that's useful for mother and baby don't bother with the packs anymore. Or charge £1 or 2. But make them worthwhile getting
Don’t waste your time. A single pad and a single condom
Pack 1: mum to be. A single pad and a single condom. 4 adverts too.
Had to even fight for it at boots as the lady wouldn’t accept the coupon. I honestly shouldn’t have bothered.
Seems it’s pot luck, some mums seem to get samples (bio oil, pregnacare tablets, fairy liquid, wipes) but I got a condom and a pad. Singular.

It's just full of lie on their packs.not worth it at all.i don't recommend.

On their website it states they’re packed/full with samples which is untrue. I got a 7 day pack of pregnacare, sample of always liners and leaflets. Disappointment but 2 stars as it is free.
Pests
My babies died Jayce passed away at birth in January 2019 and emilio passed away at birth in August 2023. This company has hounded me with emails about baby photography and even on emilios due date I received a letter in the post from a life insurance asking me secure your babies future. Emmas diary had passed on my details. I didn't even pick up there so called goodie bags. I'm suffering servere depression and ptsd and feeling suicidal. Not all pregnancies end with a live baby. I have told this company plenty of times about the loss of both my precious baby's. They just don't care and for anyone moaning on here about there so called goodie bags go and get a life and be lucky your baby's made it.
Disappointed with the family pack
Disappointed with the family pack. One tiny little tub of Sudocrem....and lots of junk leaflets including a pet food one????? I mean really!? Come on please! A big plastic bag, full of colour printed leaflets that will go straight in the recycling. This is just harmful to the planet and it needs to stop.
Wish I never signed up for this
Wish I never signed up for this. So many spam emails for a start. Picked up my 3 freebies from Argos, so so dissatisfied. Only thing I got was 3 tiny pots of sudocrem and about 1,000 leaflets!!!! So disgusting. Waste of time even going to pick them up. Waste of diesel.
All out of date
All out of date samples nothing in the pack of use. really just a way to sell your data
Seems like a scam
I signed up for the promise of a free pack. I never got the free pack and have since had a massive influx of junk mail.
Extremely Disappointing Experience
I downloaded this app with high hopes, as it claimed to offer free packs for new and expectant mothers. However, my experience with it has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Upon visiting multiple stores, I found that they did not have any stock of the promised free packs and couldn't guarantee receiving any in the future.
After reaching out to the app's customer support, I was assured that my packs would be posted to me. This initial reassurance was in August, and as of now, I am still awaiting the delivery. The communication from their team has been inconsistent and unhelpful. First, I was given a different address, resulting in the shipment being held by DPD. I was then asked to sort out the issue with the courier myself, which seemed completely unreasonable since the mistake was not on my end.
Despite their promises to resend the packs, another month has passed, and I have yet to receive anything. What's worse is that the app seems to be designed to lure users in with the promise of free samples and discounts, but these offerings are virtually non-existent. To make matters even more frustrating, any informative pages on the app are locked behind a subscription paywall, requiring users to pay for additional features.
In summary, my experience with this app has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The unfulfilled promises, lack of communication, and apparent bait-and-switch tactics make it difficult to trust this app. I strongly advise others to think twice before investing their time and expectations into this platform.
