Indbydende hjemmeside som er let at navigerer i. Jeg havde en del spørgsmål før endelig beslutning, blev taget og Emma Villas var hurtige og præcise med svar.
Indtjekning var let forståeligt og der kom løbende reminder på hvornår de følgende rater skulle indbetales. Deres vært i Villaen, var meget grundig i gennemgang af huset og hjælpsom med vi boede der.

Vacanza Villino Le Moie a Fermo
La villa, Villino le Moie è una proprietà stupenda con un parco con erba Inglese. Piscina salata fantastica. L’unico inghippo sta nell’avere solo 1 bagno con 3 donne e 1 uomo
Per quanto riguarda i servizi di pulizia iniziale ottimi, probabilmente quelli di metà vacanza sarebbero da migliorare. Nel complesso bellissima proprietà con mare molto vicino, a 20 minuti c’è la località Cupra Montana con mare e servizi ottimi.
Probabilmente con qualche accorgimento in più ci potremmo tornare. Grazie

Perfect Umbrian holiday with Emma Villas
We stayed in the Dimora di Alessandra in Umbria and had a fantastic time. The villa was beautiful particularly the garden and pool are which were immaculately kept. The villa is perfectly located for seeing most of the beautiful hilltop towns of Umbria and is easy reach of the motorway. The host could not have been more welcoming with local tips and additional extras to make our stay more comfortable. Big recommend

Allora per quanto riguarda Emmavillas, nulla da dire, collaborazione efficace e senza intoppi.
Il cliente segnala però delle défaillances riguardo la Villa Punta Ala.
Pulizie sommarie all'arrivo mentre il personale esterno delle extra pulizie, efficiente e rigoroso. Odori a livello idraulico, non particolarmente apprezzati. Letti da rinnovare. Questo é quanto mi dice la cliente che specifica che per certe cifre tutto dovrebbe essere perfetto. Per il resto, luogo fantastico e nell'insieme piuttosto bene.

Soggiorno meraviglioso a Genius Loci 6 - Collazzone
Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza davvero rilassante in questa splendida villa immersa nella natura umbra. Gli spazi sono ampi, sia all’interno che all’esterno, e la piscina è perfetta per godersi il sole in totale tranquillità. La casa era pulitissima e molto ben tenuta.
La referente della struttura è stata gentilissima e disponibile, ci ha accolto con grande cordialità. Abbiamo avuto solo un piccolo inconveniente durante un forte temporale, quando l’acqua è entrata dai finestroni del salone. Nulla di grave, ma vale la pena segnalarlo, in maniera da poter rimediare. A parte questo, tutto è stato impeccabile.
Nel complesso, è stata una vacanza positiva e rigenerante. Ci tornerei sicuramente!

We booked Villa Casa di Elsa via Emma…
We booked Villa Casa di Elsa via Emma Villas in June 2025, expecting premium quality as advertised. Unfortunately, the reality was very different:
• Swimming pool unhygienic and unusable for most of the rental period despite daily cleaning (3 hours robot per day) and a technician’s visit. Water quality deteriorated → clear signs of insufficient chlorination.
• Dishwasher out of order for part of our stay.
• Furnishings did not match the photos: wooden loungers replaced by cheap plastic ones, indoor furniture lower grade.
• Poorly maintained equipment: calcified kettle, rusty scissors, old filter in coffee machine.
• Musty smell in bedrooms, basic spring mattresses.
All issues were reported on the day of arrival, documented, and later confirmed by the local contact. Instead of a legally proportionate refund, Emma Villas offered only a €500 voucher – which we declined, as we won’t book again.
👉 Very disappointing – not the premium service advertised

Emma Villas asked for feedback re our villa stay which we provided to the concierge email as they requested. This detailed some concerns re the pool and the fact my son got an ear infection on the first day using the pool. I have since not had any further contact. My son had to seek hospital treatment for a severe ear infection caused by (according to Dr) our pool being poorly sanitised. I mentioned this to our host who reassured me however did not really fully in my view, considering the overall cleanliness of the property (fairly poor - dust and dirt) fill me with assurances the pool is properly maintained. We refrained from using the pool for a week as we were told not to otherwise my son might require admission into hospital. Completely ruined the purpose of our stay.

Unfortunately, despite our checks, we did not receive any direct report from you during your stay, which prevented us from providing the immediate support and reassurance you would have deserved.

Slechte communicatie over geluidsoverlast
Wij huurden villa Il Nocciolo in Cecina. Foto's klopten met de werkelijkheid, alleen is er nergens melding van het storend geluid van het (vracht)verkeer, aangezien de villa aan een drukke baan ligt. Een review over het huis schrijven ging niet via de Emma site, en vervelend genoeg geen reactie op mijn mail naar Emma Villas.

Piacevolissima vacanza agreste a Fermo
Abbiamo soggiornato nel graziosissimo Villino Le Moie nella valle che porta da Fermo al mare con un ottimo accesso alla città storica di Fermo e alle spiagge di Porto S.Giorgio. Bella cornice agreste ventilata e con gradevole temperatura anche in piena estate. Il villino è molto bello, perfettamente accessoriato e molto confortevole con una bella piscina moderna e ben situata. Organizzazione perfetta all'accoglienza e alla partenza. Da rifare.

Ongelofelijk dit mooi huis. Geen woorden voor.
Wij huurden Villa Michelangelo 14 in Peruga op22mjuli. Wij waren met 13 prsonen. Wij zijn nog steeds onder de indruk van dit prachtige huis. Elke keer vonden we weer een kamer. Het huis had heel veel zitjes. Eigenlijk kunnen we niet uitleggen aan onze vrienden hoe wij daar genoten hebben.
Het zwembad met badhokjes, de sportzaal, de muziekkamer, de wijnkamer etc.
Wij waren in de leeftijdsfase van 13 jaar tot 73 jaar.

Wir waren als Familie also 6 Personen…
Wir waren als Familie also 6 Personen und Hund eine Woche in der Villa Callari in San Felice Cerveo. Es war unfassbar schön, die Villa schlichtweg sensationell, gross, sauber, gepflegt, Innendekoration wunderschön, Nähe zum Meer perfekt und Roberta und Lara äusserst hilfsbereit unf freundlich. Bei Fragen haben sie sofort reagiert und noch mit uns einen phantastischen Ausflug zu einer Grotte gemacht, von der man aus im Meer schwimmen konnte. Ich kann diese Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen. Ein Traum!!!

Fantastisch verblijf! - IL CILIEGIO SUL LAGO 6
Wij hebben 2 weken verbleven in IL CILIEGIO SUL LAGO 6 in Pieve a Elici. Het boeken via Emma Villas verliep erg goed. Enkele dagen voor aankomst nam de eigenaar contact op en ze begeleiden ons naar hun prachtige villa.
In deze complete villa hebben we met veel plezier verbleven en genoten van het mooie zwembad.
Kortom een fantastische ervaring.

Nunca mas alquilaremos con Emma villas
Estamos actualmente alojados en Il colle de donna Ilaria, Buenconvento, Siena. Villa alquilada a través de Emma villas.
El entorno es idílico, pero la que nos han vendido no se corresponde con la realidad. Y la calidad precio deja mucho que desear.
Las instalaciones son viejas, la piscina tiene todo el borde de plástico amarillento y los skimmers oxidados. Los electrodomésticos son viejos, el lavaplatos para 13 personas va justo y solo funciona el programa 1 que tarda 2 horas en hacerse. A la semana de estancia nos han dejado 5 sacas de sabanas y toallas limpias en la puerta para que las cambiemos nosotros. Resulta que Emma Villas es un Self Serviceen servicios pero no en precio. Primera vez que nos sucede una cosa así.
Por supuesto que no está especificado en la factura.
Estamos al lado de una granja de cerdos, a las 6 de la mañana gritan como si los fueran a matar y llegan los olores de los purines. Tampoco especificado en la web. Nada mas entrar te encuentras una cómoda con los cajones atadas con cadenas igual que algún armario. La lavadora huele mal y la ropa sale con mal olor, hemos cambiado el jabón y avisado a la propiedad. Hay puertas de las habitaciones que no cierran, no sirve ni la llave. Hoy se han llevado la televisión y parece que han arreglado la wifi que teníamos a ratos. En las habitaciones no llega.
Atención a posibles usuarios del servicio Emma villas, te cobran con una antelación de 2 meses antes de la estancia lo que hace difícil cualquier reclamación. El contrato es mínimo y no claro para el usuario. Cualquier duda esta todo documentado con fotografías.

The cleaning service you mentioned in your review was never included in the price and is typically booked in advance. We also felt it was important for you to meet one of our Quality Inspectors, allowing you to discuss and clarify some of the issues you raised.
We understood that any mix-up was to be considered fixed, and your stay had ended positively.

We rented the Emma Villa Il Poggio Alle Trese in Citta della Pieve and the villa was amazing! The location is so beautiful and peaceful. The villa is very modern and spacious. We had a great time, definitely would recommend for a vacation in the Italian countryside.
